We love this spa! We ordered the exact spa after our 10 year old one had a leak! Price is great! You literally plug it in to a 110, fill it up and it heats within a day! Takes 1/2 cup of shock granules (only when fresh water is put in) and a floater with the 1 inch tabs! That's it! It was also delivered early! 🤗

Love love love! We received way sooner than estimated shipping date. Was a mix up when scheduling a day with delivery service but they were nice. They showed up and were so nice and helpful and brought it all the way up our steep driveway to where we needed it. Easy set up.

This plug and play hot tub, is beyond our expectations. It is made very well. It's sturdy, strong and maintains heat very well. My son and his girlfriend came over in the first week to try it out, and ordered one for themselves immediately. I highly recommend this hot tub. It's good looking,fun, therapeutic and a perfect way to relax.

Amazing! Great look, easy to move, plug in, easy to get started! Great customer service from the spa company! Delivered weeks ahead of schedule! Only struggle was getting the side panel off, screw was very tight and I was afraid to strip it.

Beautifully designed, functionality A ! No worries,, built for COLD weather resistance. MONTANA worthy … extremely low maintenance. We wished stairs were included, safety rail. Communication for delivery, top notch!

Easy to set up but takes a very long time to heat up. Not impressed with how long it takes it to heat up.

The truck was too large to deliver to our address. It was a 40 mile drive to pick it up on a trailer. The hot tub steps are missing. Should have been included. i cannot find how to get them delivered yet

First, in less than a month of use it started losing heat. Contacted company suggested a fuse- replaced fuse less than week it's out again, and now it's leaking water…Customer service jot the greatest.. feeling ripped off

DO NOT BUY, BECAUSE 20%RESTOCKING FEE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT. The jets are weak. I hate it but Im stuck with it because I dont want to lose $680. This is ridiculous. So unhappy
