The pool is made very well and set up, for me, was easy. The only complaint that I have is the valve on the sand filter that comes with the pool is cheaply made. after 1 week, the valve has messed up and no longer works correctly! I am going to have to see who I have to contact to get a replacement.

the box was ripped open and damaged when I got it. The skimmer was missing and had to call to get it. I got it in two days.

The pool is perfect….. the only problem the pump will break down right away… is sad you pay so much %26 you have to purchase a pump right away

Liner had a hole im trying to reach out to the company for a new one but for now I used the old one from my old pool its working for now but I do hope I get what I paid for a new one The instructions could be a little more detailed I never put one together before and I did it by myself with help of my 9 year old so details would of been help for the pump a least bit over all Im just glad its done if I get the liner 5 stars all day!!

Did not receive my metal pool frame at all and the company I purchased from only sent 5 items which did not include the metal pool frame and will not send it out since the other items have been delivered. And also said I would not be able to get a refund either for items or my purchase. Can't return items or refund is what I was told by the company. Poor service.

I didn't receive half of the pool kit. No sand filter/pump no fittings, no skimmer/ no ladder

this pool requires professional assembly (which costs at least $2,000)! sure would have been nice to know that BEFORE I bought it.

Was so excited to receive this pool but upon installation it was realized the seller sent the wrong liner as it was smaller than the pool itself. We are returning the pool and accessories but would not order again. You would think they would make sure everything is correct before sending out. Was so upset and now WE have to package everything back up and send back to them which takes time that we shouldn't have to invest in...
