Lots of work ahead!!!
READ THIS REVIEW! I ordered this pool in March knowing there would be a high demand in 2021. Its June, hired a professional to help install. According to him the components of this pool are less than standard for the cost. The ladder is flimsy

Beware
I purchased this pool in March and as of today seven June the liner got a hole at the seam on the bottom and my pool is empty. I was told this was a 10 year warranty on the liner. I know I only had it two months, but every contact number sends me to another, and I have no liner.

Did not receive my metal pool frame at all and the company I purchased from only sent 5 items which did not include the metal pool frame and will not send it out since the other items have been delivered. And also said I would not be able to get a refund either for items or my purchase. Can't return items or refund is what I was told by the company. Poor service.

Poor
I called the company to report our sand filter was broken and they were no help at all. I had to purchase a new sand filter. A few weeks later the pump quit and I had to purchased a new pump. The ladder is very unsafe.

Terrible place
Never got the pool only pieces customer service is terrible from company now having trouble getting shipping labels to return parts for refund had to give one star should be zero
