works perfectly
it does the job it's supposed to do. it keeps the water warm and a consistent temperature.

directions were all in another language and had to use my phone to translate. As soon as i plugged it in, it heated up hotter than my ceramic curling iron, and started melting the plastic near the coils. thos thing is dangerous and makes no sense. I plan to return since i do not want turtle soup..
