Best purchase I've made in a while. I live in an apartment with no fridge water dispenser and I am so glad I'm not drinking out of water bottles or using a brita anymore. Water tastes great, easy to use, instantly filters water. Water tank runs out a little quick but no big deal.
I purchased this water machine a month ago and have been disappointed with its performance. From the beginning, the water flow was inconsistent—often just drops or a light trickle rather than a steady stream. Now, the filter indicator is showing red and blue, suggesting the filter is already used up. Should I have to buy one filter per month? Overall, it has not met my expectations.
The filtered water tastes great. Initial set up was dead simple. I like the design. I tested my water through cyclopure and knew there was some pfas in the water (2.9 ppm). I just got the most recent test (on my filtered water) and pfas is “non-detectable”. This is where it matters most for me. No more bringing in bottled water to my apartment. The unit and, therefore, the throughput is small bit more than sufficient for my needs. My only gripe in the sound while dispensing. It is not horrific, but would love to see some engineering toward dampening that.
At home we have an under the sink Aquasana so when we had to travel to Florida for an extended work stay, I purchased the Countertop version. Now that the area incurred damages from Hurricane Helene and we're under a boil water order - this filtration system is really coming into play for us. Thank you once again to Aquasana for making such a great product!
I live out in the country and my resource for water is the well that is outside my house. When it rains, the water gets a little muddy when it snows the water gets a little cloudy so depending on what weather affects it which is rare it's only happened three times since I've been here and I've been here a year. You get a little nervous drinking the water. My clean machine is amazing with how sparkling clear my water is No one is afraid to drink my water from my clean machine
I love my new Aquasana countertop water system.Super simple to use, quick filtering action.I store the water in glass bottles.Machine does not take up much counter space. No wasted water like reverse osmosis systems. A simple and effective way to ensure healthy water and my coffee tastes so much better. I'm a very happy customer.
I have a Brita in my fridge but the TDS levels are high so I researched a bunch of other filters and settled on this one. I wish I could return it. The water tastes fine but the TDS levels are often higher than plain tap water so what is the point? Also, it's very loud, the pour is slow and the tank is small and requires constant refilling. It's not at all what I was hoping for.
have 2 easrlier models that work great - keep them in the bathrooms upstairs for freah water for taking pills, night table glass of water etc. This new model with the toggle on and toggle off is great for water for the coffee maker, for the heated water pitcher for making instant soup and making rice. I saw some crticial reviews but did not encounter these issues - maybe these were earlier production... and these guys have the best tasting water.
I'm very happy with my Aquasana countertop water dispenser. The water taste is noticeably improved over my tap water and previous filtered water pitcher. It works well and doesn't take up too much space on the counter. It is a bit noisy when operating but, then, it's doing its job. I give it five stars because it's the best filtering system I've used.
So well worth it! I began having to drink public water instead of well water and the matter of going from what was nice fresh non-chlorine water to water that smelt horrible and then after doing some research just passes as "healthy" water made me choose to buy this. I once again feel like I am back with nice clean water that is so simple to have. It hold a great amount of water, I do not have to refill it all that often and I drink a great amount of water. It is nice a sleek in size, simple set up for fresh water that beats out any bottled water that lets face it after so long would be far more expensive plus you have bottles getting made that you can be nice to mother earth by using a glass instead! Simple to deal with, quick set up and well worth the price. Plus I love how they keep track of when you are going to need filters again.
