have tried a new Culligan water filtration system for refrigerator door with two-month filter cartrages. It is not much better tasting than regular nasty tap water--maybe worse. So will continue using Aquasana Clean Water countertop filtration system six-month cartrage.

I love the aquasana but the installation is awful. At the recommendation of one of your helpful techs I had to buy a vice and a tube silicon gel so that I could turn the new Filter housing to remove the filter. The same applies when installing the new one. Also the activation of the new filter is tricky . I have had to phone twice for help. I get it that the new design is an upgrade but the. Old one was much easier to operate. I now dread when I have to change the filter. I love the product and would not be without it. It beats having a drip filter in the fridge. That is why I stick with it. I prefer not needing a big jug every time. When I see people leaving the supermarket with huge bottles of water. I thank Aquasana that I do not have to do that at the tender age of 78. Maybe there is a happy medium here. .

I am enjoying the taste of the water, and hope the filter really removes what is actually advertised. I do question the filter timeline. My first filter failed after a few months and stopped working. A new filter was placed in the unit, now waiting to see how long that one will last.

I am not using the filters that I just ordered. I ordered when I put in filter that I already had. I will use them in 4 or 5 months. I like this machine more than the older model. It is quieter and takes up less room on the counter.

My mother in law gifted us a countertop aqua sauna water filtration system and my wife and I just ordered our first filter replacement. The filters last about 6 months and the water tastes great. Saves us money on buying bottled water every week. Filters were exactly what we needed and they will last for the next year as they come in a two pack.

I love my Aquasana Countertop Filter. It gives me peace of mind to know that I'm drinking and using CLEAN water. My assistant replaced my used filter with a new one. I'm lucky she has strong hands because taking out the old/used filter was harder than expected. Since I've been so happy with the product, I ordered an Aquasana Countertop for my assistant. I've used Aquasana for several years and changed to their new countertop model when they came out with a new model. I had to call for help after installing the first replacement filter because after following instructions, I couldn't get it started. Aquasana's Customer Service is awesome! The gentleman talked me through it successfully to get me up and running. It had to do with how fast you were pressing that button. Live and learn.

The water in my Clean Water Machine is delicious! I have had many brands of countertop water filters and this is by far the best tasting of all I have tried. The only problem is that the top of the filter replacement compartment is impossible to open and close. Each time I need filter replaced I have to get my son to do it for me. He is very strong ( used to be on wrestling team) and he has a really hard time getting the lid on and off. He told me to throw the whole thing away! But I like the water so much that I am keeping it. This is a design flaw and must be fixed. Surely the company knows about this? Anyway I will continue to get my son to help me with filter replacement because the water tastes so good

The filter and machine work well but the hardest part is getting the new filter in the machine which is very difficult if you have arthritis in part hands and both wrists which i do, and so i have to have my hubby change it for me otherwise i could not possibly do it myself.

The filters are somewhat difficult to change. It is hard to open the chamber when it comes time to change it. It could be the vacuum created by the pooled water or something else. Other than that, I am very happy with it. Although I do wish it removed nitrates from our water also. One more issue I continue to have is I am double signed up for a new set of filters. This creates an overabundance of filters. Your sign up process is confusing and it would be nice to get a confirmation my order was received. How do I get rid of my "extra" account???
