Overall is good, except one thing that the company does provide an estimate of time frame an average use before it needs to be replace on each filters. Isn't all products supposed to have a specification or specifications about each product? I don't get it. why this company hiding their product specifications away from the customers? then how a customer like me who wants to know about current thing about the product itself before I want to make any purchases.

If your water has bad taste or contamination from nitrates the reverse osmosis is the only to remove the nitrates from the water. This system, once set up is very easy to maintain and the water for cooking and drinking is safe.

This could not be easier to install. Simple video instructions, plus it's basically plug-and-play. I replaced them a few weeks ago, and it's functioning as expected, with no leaks.

The Aquasana RO filter is easy to install and use. This has been a great addition to our home drinking water filtration system and replacing the filters was easy as well. This is definitely a product that is worth the money since it works as advertised. Color us satisfied customers!

remineralizer is weak but aquasana is the best brand I've had experience with. l've installed over 10 for myself, family and friends.

Though I had a plumber install my reverse osmosis system I myself can at least change the filters with ease which I appreciate. It's easy to do.

I would have given it 5 stars but the instruction that I read said it would hook up to previous RO systems. They didn't. The water comes out very slowly. The website is very confusing also. I want to be put on the "every 6 months" for filters but when I bought the first ones, they sent them right away. They need to make it clear so when you buy a system you have a place to put it in to start the every 6 months replacements. Also, I don't see that the filters last any longer than the ones have bought with other systems. This will be about the 5th system I have installed in my houses over the years. If there is something in place I couldn't find it.

I am NOT "enjoying my new R/O" because it leaks and I had the plumber come back out to uninstall it and replace it with an R/O that works.

I purchased my smartflow in 2023. I've consistently installed new members every 6 months (1 year for stage 2). Upon installing these recent members my unit's leaking from the bottom. After testing and reinserting the members 3 different times and after having 2 different plumbers check it out, I purchased Waterdrop G3p600 to replace.
