Very easy to change cartridges. Takes less than a minute. Water taste great. Wasn't sure if the old cartridge could be recycled though.

Filter works great, water tastes super clean, filter is easy to switch out, high quality and works terrific underneath my sink, very happy with this sysytem.

We are using the Claryum® Direct Connect filters and have three in our apartment. We were used to well water before returning to city-supplied water. This unit works well; the filtered water no longer smells or tastes like chlorine. Installing the replacement is so simple; turn on the cold water faucet. Turn off the cold water under the sink. Remove the used filter by twisting the filter and pulling down slightly. Install the new; turn on the water, and let the filter fill with water for 15 minutes before using any of the water to cook or consume.

Great product and very easy to install. I wanted to opt into the Water for Life option, but saw that the price had increased dramatically from my initial purchase, so I held off. I kept checking and the price keeps changing. I really don't understand it.

The replacements filter was easy to install. I have to test to determine how well it works. However, it's I am very pleased with my purchase.

Really like my new filter system, installation process was fairly simple, the water tastes clean as water should and there is no odor of chlorine. I trust that contaminants are being removed as the water is crystal clear and no taste.

The water coming out of this filter is clear and tasteless. Installing it is almost as easy as screwing in a lightbulb.

Installation was very easy. It just took a twist for off and on. The filtration is great. I love this.

I agree with others that the filter is very easy to install and does a great job filtering my highly chlorinated and mineralized NYC water. Unfortunately the water is a trickle after about 3 months. Capacity will not meet the 6 month expectation.

When it works you can taste that the device is working. However, the connecting parts are cheap so unbeknownst to me it was leaking, and then just broke leaking water all over my kitchen when I turned off the water to the outside. That fundamentally changed the water pressure in the house, and made the plastic connectors pop out and caused water to spread out all of my kitchen, and down the walls into my basement. Luckily I was only gone for 15/20 minutes so I discovered it very quickly. Damage was done though.
