Amazingly well packaged. Drop shipped from Co. Everything super secure and sealed in plastic. Great huge instruction card for Instl and operation. Pretty quiet and makes a nice picture in about 10 mins. Better than a 1 glass at a time. We have hard water and a salt based softener and I wanted the salt removed from drinking water. It also removed whatever tasted bad? We also have iron and that's gone too. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the softener tank as well, so this is an EZ fix w/o plumbing. I should note, we have a plumbed one in another house with a well and this works just as well, all be it a lower capacity, but fine for drinking water.

perfectly clear and tastes good and refreshing. especially like the fact that it has added minerals and other things that replace what is lisy in reverse osmosis filters which makes number 1 choice over other filters - plus carafe is glass and not pladtic.

I've only had this for a couple of weeks, but so far it is working great, and the water tastes good. I will update my review after a few months. I feel it's a little expensive, but if the quality remains stable it will be worth it.

The water tastes fine and the process of filtering the water is fairly simple. However, the product is spendy. If you have a family that drinks a lot of water you will be filtering all day!

Good neutral taste and extremely easy to use. The only concern is how much water tends to be left remaining in the tank after purification, which is then discarded.

I liked the ease of installation, but the problem is, need to discard the water and fill it up almost 2-3 times a day, which is not ideal. Initial few days I felt it okay, but after that it felt like lot of work to do and if the water tank does not fit properly then it leaks the water.

The only complaint I have is that refilling the water tank is a pain because it is at the back of the item and I have to pull it out from under the cabinet to lift the tank out.

The machine I bought has hard time going in its groove and lid would not cover because of it but impractical everytime I need to refill I have to lift the bucket

Put it together like the instructions said, brand new unit out of the box. It kept throwing a code to replace the filter that was brand new. No matter how many times the initial start up was attempted, it still said filter needed replaced. i just said heck with it and refunded the money.

Followed setup instructions, flushed 7 full tanks and cleaned tanks. Filtered water still has strong off/fishy taste while tap water tastes normal. Family can't drink it. I cannot get return because it THREE days after the delivery!
