Super easy to set up. Just clean both containers, and run it three or four times completely through the process to get the filters working and primed. Water had a little different taste than what I'm used to, but I know my water was pretty bad. Even the filter on my refrigerator didn't get everything out

The purifier was adequately packed, no issues there. I discovered that plastic tape held the filter cover on which wasn't visible until the tap water tank and the purified container was removed since it was on the back side of the filter cover, oops, my fault. The empty filter connectors were tight and hard to swing out for filter installation. I like tight, tight means it shouldn't leak at the connections which is a good thing. I just installed the filters vertically, after which they swing out easier. My biggest OCD issue is reconciling what replacement filters to purchase in advance of the next filter replacement, and when, but that is expected until after the first experience. This unit came with the mineral filter and I'd like to know what the taste difference is with the non-mineral filter so I know which I want to buy in the future, another home experiment. The taste of the water was different from my tap water, but surprisingly it was very quick adapting to it. I did notice a fresh clean taste long after the water was consumed, which was unexpected but very welcome. The operation is fairly quiet when the pump runs to top off the dispenser tank. All in all I'm pleased with everything about this purifier! I also bought the rolling base separately and it is well worth the purchase too. I love the design to draw from a fast dispenser rather than waiting for the water to flow slowly through the filters, like other manufacturers designs. Plus I didn't need to consider complex products that heat and cool the water using parts that could eventually fail, this is likely to last much longer. I pretty much walked away from refrigerated water which reduces the shock to the digestive system by drinking room temperature water of the AquaTru. This product is backed by several test agencies which some other products can't provide. Another WIN! Our counters are littered with small appliances, but this one is my healthy favorite and will remain in its spot. If you want quick water dispense, and I mean QUICK, and you don't want to mess with busy controls, don't need hot or cold water, prefer room temperature water, and just like the simplicity, I feel this is a very satisfying product. I hope you don't need more to convince you. ;-)

Taste really good and it's very easy to install and provide water in not time. Only complaint is the waste of water, but I understand that's how osmosis works, although I have a hard time with the waste of water.

the purifier came in so quick. I've loved it. The water is clear and the it filters pretty quickly. It's helped me to dramatically reduce my plastic consumtion and boost my hydration. It's probably made me more of water snob. I disliked tap water before, now I can't stand it. It takes up a lot of counterspace, but it's easy to clean and opperate. doesn't have temperature adjustments and it's plastic.

I am a Walmart associate and I recommend this product. It made getting water so much easier and without having to constantly carry big gallons of water home.

Everything is as expected except that my TDS level is 120 after the filter process and I was expecting it to be in the 20s. I also would prefer if the water tank was glass.
