My family goes all out for Halloween. So when I got the opportunity to try out The Arathi Temporary Hair Color Wax Mud Dye Cream Unisex Washable Modeling Cosplay Halloween Rave Party - Blue I jumped at the chance. My sister has medium to dark Brown hair and she can't find bright colors to stand out in her hair without dying her hair. So I recommend I try The Arathi Temporary Hair Color Wax Mud Dye Cream Unisex Washable Modeling Cosplay Halloween Rave Party - Blue on her and it worked perfectly. Plus it washed out after 1 shower. I am absolutely recommending this product to everyone. My sisters and our friends are hoping to try out other bright colors for Halloween.
I typically have my hair colored in a bayalage style, using classic colors. Sometimes I attend events though, where I'd like to use more vibrant, fantasy colors, but when I return home, those colors aren't always appropriate. Arathi Temporary Hair Color Wax Mud Dye Cream Unisex Washable Modeling Cosplay Halloween Rave Party - Red is going to be perfect for those times when I want temporary fantasy color. And it's so easy to use. Separate strands of your clean hair and rub the mud up and down the strand to saturate it. Then do the other strands you want colored. When you're finished wash your hands with soap and water. The mud washes right off. It didn't stain my fingers, hands, sink, or my white tiles. Allow the mud to fully dry. When it was dry, I styled my hair with a spiral wand like I normally do. The color did not stick to the ceramic part of my wand. It worked great! The color lasted all day and then came out in the shower with a thorough shampooing. No staining of my white-tiled and white grout shower either. I'll definitely be looking for some other colors in this product.
Fun to use for cosplay, It’s vibrant in color and when you use it your hair still has a flexibility with the tent of color I chose purple and I love the color it’s vibrant it’s easy to use in your hair and it washes out the first time you wash your hair you don’t have to worry about stains or anything like that
This is a great temporary way to color your hair! I dye my hair different colors so my kids like to play around with less permanent options, and I'm a big fan of this product. It goes on easily with fingers or a coloring brush, and washes off skin with soap and water, leaving no stains. The color stands out on both blonde and lighter brown hair tones. I even put a bit over my blue-green hair and it looked good! Such a fun and vibrant shade of blue.
Though I have never used mud dye before I think I like this product. I was not expecting the thick and sticky consistency of the dye but seeing the final results I kind of like it. I was able to wash out the product the next morning with ease. Used this for a night out and at first I was apprehensive but after using it like a styling gel I was impressed. Lasted all night long. Great for costumes.
This temporary hair color wax by Arathi is super easy to remove from your hair. I included pictures so you can see my hair is two colors... Blonde on the ends and dark brown at the roots. I was surprised that it colored both the blonde and the dark brown equally well! It was easy to apply to my hair, the wax has a soft texture, more firm then a mouse but softer then say saddle wax and it has a perfumey smell. I applied it with my badge hands as I didn't need gloves because it washed right off with soap and water... No purple hands yay! It washed out of my hair almost completely with just plain water before I even used shampoo and there was no purple on my white towel I used to dry my hair, which is wonderful because the blonde part of my hair is over bleached and it I leave a purple toner shampoo on a little to long in the shower it will tint it purple but not this dye no trace that it was ever in my hair. The purple is pretty but it is a little darker than the pictures show. I took off one star because there was color fall out .. Like tiny flakes on my shirt after it dried. I probably put it on a little to thick and after 45 minutes of just letting it dry it hadn't so I blow dried out for a few minutes and after it dried I noticed little dry flakes of purple on my shirt and purple would get on my hands if I ran them through the dyed hair. It could be used error but it's worth it if you don't want purple hair permanently.. It's the easiest temporary dye to remove ever.
This blue hair wax can be used to create a fun temporary style. It didn't stain my fingers and was easy to wash out of my hair. Not good for rainy or humid weather. The instructions were not very clear, but it's fairly intuitive. It didn't dry fast, so I hit it with the blowdryer. A lot of it brushed out, but you can probably reapply in layers for more color. My hair is dark, so the color was not super bright, but more subtle. It has a slightly perfumey smell, but it's not unpleasant.
I don't usually use hair dye, so I'm not sure how long color is supposed to last, but mine came out with one wash. I actually think this is more like a hair wax than a hair dye. I like the color of this. However, the main problem with this product is that it transfers off onto everything. Hands, comb, clothes etc. Overall this is a fun temporary color, but you may want to wear your hair in a way that it doesn't touch your clothes, or just wear darker colors. I also didn't think this looked good on my hair wearing it down because it just made it look greasy. But I do like the way that it looked added into one section and braided in. I attached pictures of both for comparison. Overall three out of five stars.
Though it he was mud dye gave excellent coverage and decent color to my hair, I'd find this a messy situation at any party or cos play event. Anyone touching or rubbing against this product is going to get the color all over. It did well as a wax and kept the hair in place. It's usable and easy to apply but the draw backs are the ability to transfer color everything it touches.
I am not the biggest fan of this hair color from Arathi. It has such potential but falls short of expectations. I honestly have nothing good to say about this product. The list of cons are as follows: 1) The get gets everywhere. It is a bright neon red. It smears all over your hands. It stains the hands until you wash it very well. It takes a bit of scrubbing to get it off. Not the worst, but still! 2) The red does not come across as a bright red on brown hair. It is more of a hint of red. Even when the hair gel is in a spot to show. I put plenty of red in my hair. Enough that section of hair was quite stiff. 3) It flakes easily. Once it is dry. You just have to touch it for the red to flake off onto your fingers. 4) It fades quickly. I put it in about 12:00 and by 5 p.m. it was fading to where it was hard to see. 5) When I brushed my hair the next morning tiny flakes of red went EVERYWHERE!!!! The hair did not look bright red, but on the brush and the sink, it was very red! I guess if you have blond hair this might be good. But know that it is crazy and you basically cannot touch your hair.
