Stool sold separately

James March 19, 2026

I had some doubts after seeing my cameras the fedex person dropping the box on the ground several times. I'm not sure why they weren't using a cart as this box is heavy. Alone it took me about 3 hours taking my time. You will absolutely be building it from nothing. After connecting it to WiFi it had an immediate update which is common for anything these days. Ended up with a complete working Dig Dug with no damage. Luckily it's very well padded.

I was surprised by the quality of the components. This required a fair amount of assembly, but the instructions were straightforward. As soon as setup was done and I connected to Wi-Fi, the machine updated, rebooted, and I was having tons of fun. This is a great addition to my basement rec room!

Pretty cool, marquee is a bit washed out

Jonathan January 1, 2025

Everything works and nothing was damaged in shipping. The only complaints: 1) The marquee color is washed out. I added a black electrical tape trim over the washed out grey border that's supposed to be black. Looks way better! 2) The speakers are pretty loud, even at volume 1. I added more black electrical tape over the top of the speakers inside the cabinet and covered the holes with more tape, heh. Of course there are more elegant solutions but it works for me.

Nice Machine !!!

Doug December 15, 2022

Like a lot of people have said the marquee and the main screen are washed out (not a BOE) screen and the front of the machine is a little plain- the riser could use some color but the molded coin door is nice the lighted “volcano” buttons are awesome and overall still a very nice machine with plenty of game selections

Nice basic classic game ensemble.

felix January 26, 2023

Good product so far. There's some work installing the unit physically with a lot of screws but all you needed is a Phillips head screwdriver and you're good to go. Installation Directions were clearly illustrated. The software is easy to maneuver among the 14 games. Sound control is easily handled.

Cool cabinet, but a word of caution.

Mike May 30, 2023

Beautiful 3/4 scale copy of the original cabinet. The artwork is AWESOME!!! Unfortunately, the monitor is straight trash, the marquee is washed out and the buttons are a miss. I am a fan of this game and of A1up products, but this cabinet should only be purchased at $200 price point and by a person comfortable upgrading these 3/4 size cabinets. ( The 1st photo is the original monitor and marquee, the other two show how cool it can look with some upgrades and basic modding skills.)

Could use an improvement

Chris February 16, 2024

I have 1 main issue with this arcade cabinet. The joystick control is lacking. It's delayed on some games %26 other games are borderline unplayable. Not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. I'm definitely disappointed, but I'm certainly not gonna try to return it. Glad I got it on sale. I think this deserves a 3.5 rating, but it won't let me do half a star. Other than my 1 main issue, I'd rate this at a 4.5 - 5. I put it together by myself without too much trouble. (I usually get impatient %26 tools start to fly) Just don't be in a rush, like I usually am. Others have mentioned issues with the LCD video screen %26 light up marquee. I have no problem with either one. Yes, LCD isn't the top tech anymore but it's cheaper, %26 lowers the price point. My light up marquee doesn't seem washed out or faded to me. If it did, it would give it a vintage vibe. A purist or hardcore collector would probably have a lot of issues with this cabinet. I'm just a guy born in 1975 wanting to relive some of my youth through some of my favorite games I put many quarters in as a kid.

Game Over

JASON March 5, 2023

It was fun for 6 weeks until the circuit board fried during a gathering. I bought the "Award Winning" All State Protection plan at time of purchase. I've contacted them several times with no results. Max frustration, max waste of time. Minimum customer service, minimum fun. I'd love to hear back from Allstate's extended warranty, Walmart, or Arcade 1up. If that happens, I'll edit this review. In the meantime, look up Doc and Pies. They're a better option.

This is a very low quality product. The marquee is dull and washed out. Unfortunately, so is the screen. Unless you are looking dead on from center, the monitor completely washes out. Thankfully this doesn't affect playing, but it does make the cabinet and eyesore.
