Arcade1Up Galaga Arcade Machine, Coinless Operation

So far this machine is money well spent! It appears to be good quality, the cabinet is heavy duty and the screens are actually larger than I expected. Assembly was easy, it can be done by one person but a second set of hands makes it doable in less than 30 minutes. This has been a great distraction for our family during the COVID-19 quarantine and we currently try to beat each others high scores on a daily basis. We also purchased the Arcade1UP Pac-Man machine and it feels like a mini-arcade in our house! If you're a classic video game fan, you'll love these machines.

I ordered the Galaga arcade game for my husband's birthday. The shipment arrived two days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Assembly was not difficult at all. Once it was assembled, he and his friends had several hours of enjoyment playing the game! Each of the guys stated they would be ordering them one for their man cave. Great fun at a good price!!!

This game is awesome, the Fire button and joystick have no lag time in the response. Easy to assemble, directions were great. We had a small split from when they bored one of the holes, glued it overnight and it was fine. We build a 4" base to raise it up a little more.

This video game is as much fun as it was in the arcades back in the 80s. Some of the reviews mentioned some issues but not the one I got. A total blast!! I agree with some of the recommendations to buy the warranty for peace of mind as I did. Assembly was easy and within 3 hours. Make sure riser is included. If you like either one of these games or both, you will enjoy this unit.

Everything in box no damage easy assembly-2 days straight of playing no issues- sound and graphics take you right back. Well worth it. Eyeing up the pac man one next.

I have six of these now and as simple as this cabinet is , it is still one of my favorites, it plays just like it should with the joystick locked into right and left , I have galaga on my Pac-Man 40th machine but this is the true way to play just like in the arcade, if you can find this one and you love this game it is worth the money! And the riser looks great too

This was a birthday gift for my husband. He spent a majority of his middle/high school years in the local mall arcade, and this was 'the' game he always hit. A lot of nostaliga prob lent to his excitement, but he actually teared up and couldnt stop grinning! He says its just as he remembers, looks, graphics, sounds. He's 6'1 and doesn't have a horrid time trying to play but would prob benefit from the matching stool to play longer. The unit itself went together fairly quickly and everything was labeled. We used a dab of liquid nails on the wood pegs assembly for bonus security but this unit and riser are extremely sturdy. In the end, this got him excited at the idea of buying more units and making an arcade at home. Overall, this was a great special purchase.

Playing this game takes my mind from the responsibilities of a 54 year old, back to my teenage years of fun, focus, determination, and celebration!

Having the riser come with it is great, I bought the 40th edition of Pac-Man and could not get the riser to go with it. Very disappointing

Machine did not work. Video and sound were dead upon assembly. Arcade 1 Up has horrible customer service. Great idea poorly executed. Walmart was great about the return.
