You must get one!
I bought one of these for myself a few years back and paid quite handsomely for it. I bought this one for my brother-in-law and it is as nice or nicer than the one I had and much more reasonably price. They work awesome. I included a picture of the bottom to show the nice grips that it has as well as a picture of the top after I had used it as you can see all the juices are in the middle so your meat doesn’t dry out while it rests.

Good design but bulky
Great concept. Wish it was a tad bigger and a bit thinner. The concave - ness is not such that I think it warrants this thickness, but it does hold the juices well. Much easier to utilize in sauces, or to pour over the sliced beef!
