Architectural Mailboxes Elite Galvanized Steel, Large, Post-Mount Mailbox in Black

What a great product. Moving into an older house and the mailbox was a couple of decades behind the online order revolution. Ordered this baby and it showed up quickly and undamaged. This thing is a beast as far as size goes. Took the old box and platform off and put this on in all of 10 minutes. Bring on the future, we're ready.

This mailbox is perfect! It's much bigger than I expected for the price, and that's one of the reasons I love shopping at Walmart. I thought I was purchasing a standard-sized mailbox, but this one is ideal for anyone who frequently receives packages. Unfortunately, my current post is too small to support it. I'm having trouble finding the correct post size since most online listings don't specify the mailbox size they can accommodate. It would be really helpful if the post came included with the mailbox.

Surprised how heavy duty and BIG this mailbox is. Has been a real blessing for letter carrier because she can get small packages in there at the road rather than having to come off the road and down to the house.

I was very shocked that there was no hardware whatsoever. No bolts, no screws, not a plate. Just the mailbox by itself. And I bought three of them because someone had plowed into the three mailboxes on the same side of the road together On the same post.

I ordered two boxes of the same size, but I received two different -sized boxes (which was probably good because I needed the smaller size as opposed to the two larger boxes I actually ordered ordered). The smaller box, which I actuallly used, was dented on one side - perhaps manufacturer should use stronger materials for items which may be shipped to customers.

It's a mailbox indeed. Ordered a smaller one, and it was in stock when ordered. It was substituted for a larger one, which doubled the price. I needed one ASAP. The next day, I checked the stock on the smaller one—still in stock, hmm! The old bait and switch me wonders. What gives

Received my mailbox but had a few scratchs along the top left side pf mailbox and had No time for Excgange handyman was cominv next morning to install. So thats why the 4 star rating

Replaced 20 year old mailbox. Since I receive some of my medication via mail, ordered mailbox larger than old one. New mailbox is longer but not wider. Guess I should have read dimensions info closely. I'm pleased with weight and feel of material. Be sure to order numbers to place on both sides of mailbox.

Box looks like a typical mailbox. The closure is not sturdy metal and probably won't stay closed overtime. Flag is plastic and would likely break. Looks nice other than these issues.

Good value for the money. The one star rating is for Walmart's home delivery service. I ordered the mailbox on a Tuesday with next day delivery. The next day I received a notice that an attempt was made, but were unable to deliver. NOT TRUE. Weather and road conditions were perfect and I was at home all day. Online, I was never offered a link to click for alternant arrangements. On Friday after no communication for three days I went to the store to inquire about its whereabouts and was finally able to pick it up. I didn't mind too much having to pick it up, but being lied to about an attempt to deliver is unacceptable
