Architectural Mailboxes Elite Galvanized Steel, Large, Post-Mount Mailbox in Black

This mailbox is almost comically huge. I wasn't expecting it to be quite this large, but I'm not mad about it. It seems like it would fit most small packages. Solid mailbox.

We were having trouble with our postman cramming too many small packages in our mailbox with disregard for the delivery instructions. My daughter's college diploma was folded in half despite DO NOT BEND splattered all over the envelope. Along came this bigger mailbox to save the day for the replacement. It's large enough to accommodate most of our daily mail traffic without the postman having to come down our long driveway to drop off. It looks classy, is very sturdy and durable, and will last us many years. I originally ordered the larger version which was too big for our mail stake and required more effort than I anticipated to set up. This one fit easily onto our standard mailbox post and easily attached to the frame. It's a great mailbox for a great price.

After having searched a plethora of mailboxes, yes a plethora, I found this one. A perfect size! Not an average standard size and not a huge extra large size. It's a very sturdy metal mailbox, the size is just what I wanted, and at a very good price! A Walmart price! I would definitely buy it again but at my age I may not have to.😊

It was only $26 on clearance so I didn't mind that it was bent on one end, and had a dent it is still functional. I'll be keeping it. It's bigger than my other one that my mailman tries to cram a whole bunch of stuff in. It doesn't clearly doesn't fit in there, so this is the merry Christmas present to my US Postal Service person.

The item was clearly a return. It was dented. I kept it anyway but the latch to the door was not tight so the mailbox wouldn't stay closed. I had to adjust that with pliers. Also, the size of the bottom was 8” so I had to cobble two different boards together since standard 8” boards are of course not 8”.

We received one of four that we ordered and the one we received was broken open with some of the hardware missing. I've called twice in an attempt to have the remaining three shipped to no avail. Ridiculous

The product arrived dented and the flag was too sharp. I will be going with a different brand.

No hardware at all! No screws. No mounting bracket. Nothing but the box. Box arrived dented. Mediocre quality for sure.
