Absolutely worth $30. I've already decided I'm buying everybody one of these for Christmas. The battery life lasts well. The 3 different speeds is amazing if you pair it with a Sun hat, you have continuous air flo under your hair and the base of your neck. Not to mention it keeps the little gnats and stuff like that away while I'm working in the yard.

I purchased two in the store for 24.99 and then saw them on line at walmart for 14.99. i returned the first two and bought two saving 20.00. Check the online prices and order it. I really do like them! They have been keeping me comfortable during our heatwave.

I bought the item mostly for when my husband and I go to Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle in mid July when it's always hot and humid. I get migraines in this type of weather and this really helped keep me cool, but I also use an umbrella to keep the sun off my head. It really helped.

I'm overall very pleased at how great they do at keeping you cooler. We use ours while working around in the yard. My husband does roofing and uses his while working. He said that using his has made a huge difference. Several of his co-workers are planning to get one for themselves.

I like the cool breeze it provided while wearing it on airplanes when there was no air conditioning on while traveling in hotter climates. I have worn it at work when coworkers or patients preferred rooms with warmer temperatures. The 3 different speeds came in handy.

It does Work for sweaty hot neck I suffered a major spine injury that disrupt my nerves ability to self regulate temperature I overheat dangerously fast just doing basic light duties I home.

Ordered 2 of these to be delivered straight to our hotel during vacation at Walt Disney World. So clutch! Everyone in the park was wearing some sort of fan the first day and I was influenced! This worked perfectly and charged quickly. Ran for hours and hours perfectly! Get it!

For the price, I was surprised at how effective it was. We used in in Orlando parks in July. Putting it on when in lines or walking around really dropped the heat level in my body. The highest level is what we used each time and would have liked it a little stronger. But overall I'd recommend it.

First, the item is NOT flexible as it claims. I tried to open it just a half-inch more, and the frame cracked! While the pictures show the device almost pointing straight at the ends (giving one more neck space), they are curved inward and can't be changed. So the fans can't reach the top of your head - all they could do was blow onto my ears. Lastly, Wal-Mart shows several different Arctic Air coolers in terms of price, yet they don't list any differences. So, I'm returning this less expensive unit (which is now broke) and will try the next higher model to see what the differences are (if any).

I had bought these to go to an FSU game and originally I had picked out these pocket fans but this was a substituted item and not a good one. Charged it all night and went to use it and it hardly blew any type of air. The pocket fans I bought I returned too because they were awful but not as bad as this item! They're also extremely uncomfortable to wear.
