I bought the item mostly for when my husband and I go to Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle in mid July when it's always hot and humid. I get migraines in this type of weather and this really helped keep me cool, but I also use an umbrella to keep the sun off my head. It really helped.

I purchased two in the store for 24.99 and then saw them on line at walmart for 14.99. i returned the first two and bought two saving 20.00. Check the online prices and order it. I really do like them! They have been keeping me comfortable during our heatwave.

Absolutely worth $30. I've already decided I'm buying everybody one of these for Christmas. The battery life lasts well. The 3 different speeds is amazing if you pair it with a Sun hat, you have continuous air flo under your hair and the base of your neck. Not to mention it keeps the little gnats and stuff like that away while I'm working in the yard.

I like the cool breeze it provided while wearing it on airplanes when there was no air conditioning on while traveling in hotter climates. I have worn it at work when coworkers or patients preferred rooms with warmer temperatures. The 3 different speeds came in handy.

The neck fan performed perfectly! Comfortable to wear, easy to use, easily charged with cord provided. I used it on a trip to Bermuda and it kept me cool walking in humid weather. I even let a woman having hot flashes try it and she was going to buy one!

Ordered 2 of these to be delivered straight to our hotel during vacation at Walt Disney World. So clutch! Everyone in the park was wearing some sort of fan the first day and I was influenced! This worked perfectly and charged quickly. Ran for hours and hours perfectly! Get it!

The snake fan was fantastic to wear at an outdoor concert. It definitely helped keep everyone cooler. It is also a very useful to keep you cool when out motorcycling with an electric motorcycle, or scootering with electric scooters. As well as a nice way to keep cool while roller skating.

Arctic air breeze is perfect for when you come in from outdoors and need to cool down quickly wearing is comfortable and the speeds you can control you can also use it outdoors as well. I find this one perfect for indoors. It makes for a wonderful gift. If you have a gardener in the family and you want them to cool their body temperature down when they've worked hard, every one should have this in there home, especially if you have an elderly as a loved one it's a definite must have. As a retired Healthcare worker before retirement who has used this product in the past %26 even now to this day, it's long lasting and makes for a perfect gift as well.

For the price, I was surprised at how effective it was. We used in in Orlando parks in July. Putting it on when in lines or walking around really dropped the heat level in my body. The highest level is what we used each time and would have liked it a little stronger. But overall I'd recommend it.

First, the item is NOT flexible as it claims. I tried to open it just a half-inch more, and the frame cracked! While the pictures show the device almost pointing straight at the ends (giving one more neck space), they are curved inward and can't be changed. So the fans can't reach the top of your head - all they could do was blow onto my ears. Lastly, Wal-Mart shows several different Arctic Air coolers in terms of price, yet they don't list any differences. So, I'm returning this less expensive unit (which is now broke) and will try the next higher model to see what the differences are (if any).
