Arctic Air Tower Pure

I brought this back in June 25,2021 works great, cools down my room, keeps me and my husband cool when we sleep also our long haired chihuahua loves it sits in front of it all day. its easy to clean, water refill lasts the whole day(even when putting it in auto setting mode), and filter easy to clean as well. when using fan I sometimes fill the jar too much or too least it cause a leak due to the filter over flowing just had to clean the inside of the fan with a compressed gas duster can and the refiller jar when filling up the water if you don't clean underneath the jar dust and yellow goo will build up and mix in with the water the next time you fill it up. Over all best thing I ever spent and use so far in the summer

There is a used filter in the unit! The blue filter has a brown streak down center from being used. I have 2 Artic Airs already, i know what the filter looks like at the end of the season. Box looked like there was no care in handling the shipment. shiped in the original box. Love the product. not happy with it being used.

I bought the Arctic Air Tower to add to the (2) Arctic Air Ultra's I had already purchased. I couldn't believe how wonderful the Arctic Air Tower works. Filters are an issue though because no one carries them. I got in touch with Ontel and they're sending me free ones but I am still concerned that I might not have any filters for the future. Also, emptying the water tank is difficult. The best way to use it is wet your filters and take one out to use

Honestly doesn't even cool a small room. Just a small space. Literally gotta be right beside it to feel the air. And the air is semi cool. Feels like a breeze in the wind, I would recommend if this was $50, not $100… honestly just buy a regular fan. What a bummer

This fan is trash. It says it has a sturdy base, incorrect. The water compartment is hard to close, and you have to pray that it doesn't fall over in order to avoid a spill.

This product arrived to me USED! The box was opened and damaged. It was not sold as refurbished nor did it imply that it was refurbished or used. It was missing the instruction booklet. I returned it!

This FAN is not worth more than 40 box, it is as useless as they come, a toddler would come up with a better design for an Air cooler than this. Asides from the fact that it does not cool anything even if you stood directly in front of it and imported ice and water from Antarctica all you'd get is splashing water! Yep, not mist, water actually gushes out of this piece of junk. I checked everywhere to add if I'd done something wrong or not properly installed it but nope that's how they come. The only hack to this piece of plastic metal is to toss it in the bin. It comes with a do not return to store card in the packaging box so you know that's a scam. I'm going to try and take it back to Walmart and I hope I can get a refund.

I purchased this for the foster room (kittens) because that room unfortunately is the hottest room. You have to put water i. It every day. The water container gets build up and unless you take it all apart, you can't just pull it out to clean. It spits out water. It does cool the room very nicely if it's rotating but it stopped rotating after not even two months. Not happy but has to get something quick because it got so hot so fast outside and i just took in new fosters.

There should be a class-action lawsuit against the manufacturer. This is garbage, as are the smaller ones. Our a/c went out and we purchased this one and two of the small personal ones until we could get it repaired. This one started leaking everywhere within 12 hours, creating a risk of electrical shock. It did very little in the way of cooling the room before it started leaking. Don't waste your money. You can buy 2 really great fans for what this junk costs.
