Bought it as a second fridge as the main one was getting really full. No issues. Many people in other reviews reported damages, but mine arrived just fine. FedEx driver told me the fridge was upside down when he loaded it onto his vehicle, so I let it sit for a day before turning on. The fridge is not big but still a decent size: much larger than a mini-fridge and exactly what I expected. Very happy with the purchase!

I was a little skeptical and afraid to order based in reviews. It’s here! Perfect condition perfect size. It has zero noise so far? I love it. As far as how long it will last durable etc I don’t know! However for the price it’s all I needed for me and my tot!

I was scared about the reviews about it being damaged. It did have a small vent, but I don't mind it. It still works perfectly and I do recommend it if you don't mind a small dent from shipping and it's not their fault that it got messed up in shipping

I Love that this Black RCA 7.5 cu. ft. Refrigerator Works Fine. I Dislike that it is a Smaller Size than was stated in the Description. The Refrigerator I Received on 2/3/2024, Measured (21 x 21 x 54 inches). I Ordered a Size of (23 x 23 x 57 inches) Online. I also, Dislike that this Refrigerator Do Not have the "Dust Vent" on the Back at the Bottom, to keep Dust %26 Debris from the inside of the Components. My Old White Refrigerator had the Black "Dust Vent" attached to the Bottom in the Back, to Prevent Dust from entering the Refrigerator. Can I Order a "Dust Vent" to Attach to the Back of this New RCA Refrigerator, from Walmart? I have enclosed the Pictures to View my Complaint. (%235) THANKS !!!

It's been approximately 2 months since I started using it, and so good, so far! 4 Stars because it arrived with some scratches and small dents - on the refrigerator itself - but the box was not ripped/torn/dented. I kinda feel like I participated in a "Scratch Dent Sale" without my knowledge or approval, and I don't take kindly to that. Outside of that, it's sooo nice to have plenty of fridge freezer space (it's just me, and I don't eat a lot). If I had to do it over again, I would buy the same one!

I read the "horror" stories of this refrigerator being delivered with damage of all kinds and not the highest quality manufacturing. Taking the plunge I was hoping I would have a better experience. This was not the case. As with other's, due to poor packaging and carrier rough handling, refrigerator arrived dented and a broken crisper drawer. I am still working on trying to get a replacement . (Walmart did compensate for the damage.) Customer support won't answer the phone and keeps referring me to emailing instead although it states they have 24/7 phone customer support. Since it arrived upside down, I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in to test. It is working but is already forming ice inside the refrigerator, so its already having issues. I probably would spend the extra money for a better quality from a brand known for quality refrigerators next time. Will contemplate on returning if ice keeps building up.

Showed up in a box that had no damage, but when we pulled it out the top had a large dent on it and a small one on the front door. Attempted to return but out of stock and my daughter needed it for school so Walmart got paid and we got a dented fridge at full price

So not happy. First I canceled this order and was assured it was canceled as it was way late then it showed up damaged. What is Walmart going to do about that? I believe its FedEx, the boxes show up terrible every time. But we have a giant dent on the left rear corner and have pictures. The pictures I have wont load so email me so I can send them.

Item arrived damaged. Going to the site I found the only option is to return it? I just want a partial refund. Its just a ding. Not that big of a deal but I paid retail for a new item and its damaged. Not satisfied since I dont seem to have other options, including contacting someone.

it is not the same refrigerator as i bought its not the dementions it said it was it took 5 days longer than it said to get it delivered i thunk i should get a full refund
