ARCTIC CHEF FRF690 Upright Freezer 6.5 cu ft, White

Great Freezer! Caught the Fed Ex guy before he mangled it, only the box was dented. Wirst thing is no light inside, and if you put multuple things in the shelves, you can’t see them. But it doesnt take up much room, great fir my snall house.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Have only had it a few weeks so hard to evaluate. Working well so far. Should have a power indicator light on the outside, though. Simple, non expensive add that would make viewing easier. Since our previous one died and it was only our frequent 'light' checking as we walked by the unit that saved us hundreds of dollars of loss of meat.

I bought the freezer a few weeks ago, it was easy to order online and it came in really fast and works really well and is big enough to fit a lot of things in it.

Awesome freezer, I was tired of falling into my chest freezer. This is a welcome substitute looks great was delivered way before it was supposed to which was awesome

Freezer is working very well. Quiet running. A perfect height for me as I am 5'3". It did arrive with a few small bumps. We left it upright and unplugged overnight. The next day we plugged it in, adjusted the temp. and our freezer was cold within 3 - 4 hours. One of the reasons we purchased this upright freezer was because we can see everything that needs to be frozen, like lunches, all sorts of fruit, and leftovers. Our deep freeze is for meats and large pkgs from Costco.

I got this freezer when I got it the door was broke towards the top but it worked great for about 8 months then stopped working. Lucky I checked on it otherwise I would have lost alot of food.

Not sell defrosting, frosting up at fast rate, frost needs to be whipped off within days. No overly please. No sure if all are this way or I got a bad one.

The freezer didn't even last a week. Lost almost 500.00 in food. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Emails and calls went unanswered when requesting to cancel the order, all while the order was still being processed. They shipped item anyways and haven't refunded me yet. Similar issue with other customers as well, I should've read this sellers reviews prior to placing the order.

The shelves are not adjustable. I cannot put anything taller than 7 1/4 inches. Every freezer or refrigerator I have had always had adjustable shelves so it never entered my mind to check I would NOT have bought it.
