Very very useful product
I had a wrist injury and this wrist pack worked wonderfully. Applying the cold several times a day, worked wonders. I have not had the opportunity to use the heat compression, but I am sure it will work just as well as the cold. I like that it can be used on the right or left hand. I found this to be a very good product.

Pain relief
It's cold, it brings swelling down and is a great option for aching bones and joints if you don't want to hold an ice pack on your hand/wrist

very cold but does a good job on wrist
i wish itbwould have sit a bit highwr on my hand. ihad to let it set 5 minutes but moldef and did ny hand a lot of good
