For $240 a brand new 12,000 btu AC that works amazing, with a remote and eco settings how can i not give it 5 stars... Its replacing a Midea 8,000 btu that was actually more money and a smart device but it had to run constantly to stay at 70 degrees in my garage but this Artic King 12,000 btu is way more than enough for my 20x25 Garage/ work shop.
I love everything about! We couldn't get it out of the box fast enough! There was an immediate odor but it's brand so it's expected. The odor quickly dissipated. The air is very forceful and immediately cooled my area.
I like my Arctic King air conditioner it shipped undamaged in great condition %26 it's serving it's purpose of really cooling our living room generously.. We just love this brand
As I indicated earlier, I was very pleased with Walmarts pricing of the air conditioner for 12k BTUs compared to other competitors. It's was a very good deal.
Powerful AC, worth the 240.00 I sent. Cools my whole downstairs. Living room, dining room, %26 kitchen. And it's not loud. Don't pass this AC by. 5plus stars.

When the air conditioner was delivered it definitely looked like it had been tossed arournd. Im pretty sure no fault of Walmart but the shipping company. Bottom of box had a huge hole in it and we could actually see the unit. We actually got a great deal on the Arctic King 12,000 btu, hiwever not to happy about the damages. Contacted Walmart and they were wonderful. They gave us options of returning it and getting a new one but we really didnt want the hassle. So they gave us a discount on the air conditioner and I had a credit on my credit card within 10 minutes. They did excellent at solving all issues. Oh and its freezing me out of my room but i love it!!
the fresh air arm was loose not connected it hit fan %26 coils %26 the box was all torn up...i tried loading pict but it wouldnt work..
