Great AC
The Unit takes about an hour to assemble and cools and entire garage with no insulation with 108 degree weather with 100% humidity. On a bad note like so many other reviewers FedEx dented the unit during shipping. Walmart please use another shipping company when shipping this item in the future. FedEx could care less.

Great Window Unit
Runs very quiet compared to most other window units. Cools VERY quickly, puts out a tremendous amount of air and is very competetively priced!

Installed this today and things went fairly smooth. To mount the top bracket and side wing brackets you must slide the A/C chassis out of the frame. Not really that complicated, take off the front and remove a few screws here and there. There is some plastic packing material inside that needs removed before operation, so you have to pull the thing apart anyway. It took a little more time for me and my son-in-law to assemble and mount due to 90 degree weather and one to many beers. It is now in and blowing some real cold air! So far so good!

The unit works great. Energy saver mode is amazing. Sadly, the remote seems to be a bit finicky, but all in all a good unit for the price.

Don't install this, if your hot and frustrated!
This was very difficult to install, I thought I was buying an air conditioner that you just put in the window, three hours later, and sweating in the 90 degree heat, we finally gave up and called a contractor. He came the next morning and 2 of them installed it in 2 hours. It works very well, but because of the frustration with the installation, I took a star off.

Very dissatisfied
I have barely had this ac for 2 years. It has been treated very well, and properly cleaned. It has already quit working. It doesn't cool anymore. It is now just an overpriced fan. The first year we had it this ac would freeze you out of the room. Buyer beware unless after 2 years you just want a fan.

I bought this two months ago and all the buttons are going crazy they do what they want they don't work you can't even turn it off and on you have to unplug it the buttons will change for no reason weather in can't set temperature this is a new air conditioner
