Well, first, I liked that I got my Freezer the very next day after ordering it. Sweet! Also I liked that It arrived on time and in good condition and that there were absolutely no problems whatsoever. Again Sweeet! I've already got it full of stuff and it's working well I recommend The Arctic King 3.5 cf mini freezer.

I hesitated to order this based on reviews of dammage during delivery. A heat eave was coming and I was ojt of freezer space for ice, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. It arrived quickly via FedEx and was light enough that my out of shape middle age self was able to easily maneuver it inside and to its installation location. It didnt have any damage, and after letting it sit for the recommended 30 minutes prior to plugging it in, it was cold within the 3 hours. I have no complaints.

I really love this little chest freezer but it is small. but if thats what you want like us! then it works out great. it was fast getting here and shockingly was easy for me as a mom to carry in on my own and also pickup out of the box. its very light.

Loved the 1st one so much bought another one. They are small yet hold a lot. No noise at all , well, a little click from time to time barely noticeable. Had the first one for several months and have never had one problem with it, it's in the garage, The 2nd one sits in the corner of my dinning room. Affordable, attractive and durable, great buy for the price

We needed an extra freezer so I bought this, there are most positive things about this freezer but only 1 negative thing about it too, let's start with the positive point. So first of all, this is not too big or too small, it's just a perfect size for our needs and it was worth the price, the storage bin can be placed on either side or removed, noise level is considered low, and it gets cold really quickly which may help the electric company not charging us more on the bill. Now 1 negative thing is that it's got a tiny dent on the right corner of the front, but no other dents around the freezer at least.

The freezer section of the fridge in my apartment just is not large enough for my purposes. This little freezer more than makes up for it. I would have liked to see better documentation for it. There are only 2 temperature settings, Min and Max. It gets sufficiently cold on max but I don't know if once it cools down if I should set it to min? I don't want to use more energy than necessary and I also worry it might shorten the life of the compressor but I worry that if I set it to min that stuff will thaw out.

I have had the freezer plugged in for 2 plus hours, and it seems to be working well. The sadest part of unboxing this unit is the dents, and unfortunately, one is located at the front, so very noticeable. Assuming most customers dont send it back if it is working good is unfortunate like myself. The hassle to return is not worth it. I read a few reviews stating this issue, but I was holding my breath that this wouldn't happen to me. You would think this company or whoever is responsible would do something about this! I will update this post if something were to occur that affects the the freezing system. So DISSAPOINTED !!!

I ordered this freezer BASED ON FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. It was delivered for free, the next day - WITH A GREAT BIG DENT IN THE SIDE OF IT. I called Walmart.com to arrange for a replacement, and was PROMISED that a replacement would be delivered THE NEXT DAY and the damaged freezer would be picked up BY THE SAME DELIVERY DRIVER. We waited around most of the day. NOTHING. I finally called Walmart.com. Was told that NO PICKUP HAD BEEN SCHEDULED - I was supposed to take the freezer to FedEx MYSELF. RIGHT!!! A FREEZER!!! By myself! In a sedan! They then scheduled a pickup the next day. So now, that's the THIRD DAY of waiting at home. They FINALLY picked up the damaged freezer. But NOW I'm told the replacement WON'T BE SHIPPED unit the DAMAGED one ARRIVES at the warehouse - and it's NOT OVERNIGHT DELIVERY! I called Walmart.com and suggested a partial refund. Was put on hold. Then told the manager "declined" my request. We are now going on DAY 4 and the damaged unit has STILL not reached the warehouse. So Walmart is holding my payment hostage. Again, I ordered based on NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Now it looks like it's going to be a WEEK AT LEAST. Worst of all it looks like we will have to be waiting around for a total of FOUR DAYS at home to receive the delivery - we have to be there to get it upstairs. There is no room for it inside at the bottom of the stairs and I cannot get it upstairs without the driver's help. I have ONE WORD for Walmart: AMAZON!!! If Amazon purchases arrive defective, they send replacements immediately, and give you 30 days to return the damaged item. WALMART CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

Freezer worked great for a few months. Randomly stopped keeping temp even though it was still getting power from outlet. Everything inside thawed without knowing. We were under the impression that it would still be frozen still the power light was still on. Out let was inspected and was cleared. Lost the whole freezers worth of breast milk.

I ordered this chest freezer online from Walmart. When it was delivered to my front porch, the box was upside down, there was no top (bottom) to the box, just a piece of styrofoam, and the entire corner of the box was ripped down the side. Once I got it inside and cut the straps, the entire corner of the freezer was dented in. Looked like it had been dropped off of a truck. Returned to my Walmart store for a refund.
