Arctic King 5 cu.ft Chest Freezer Black

I bought this yesterday as needed extra room for dog good. It cooled down quickly, is quiet and is a perfect size. I read some reviews saying it stopped working after a week so I bought a thermometer for it just in case. The dog has already figured out what it's for :)

So far it's been great. Works very well, perfect size, easy to clean, move and store any where. The price was fantastic with free very fast delivery.

I just bought this freezer and it's a great size and freezes food well; however, the item arrived with dents, dings, scratches and broken pieces like so many other reviewers have noted as well.

I received my freezer today which was very fast. When i removed the box which had no damage I found a pretty large dent. This needed more packing materials. As you can see its a good size.

It's dented in two spots and missing a leg, seems to work thought but would like another leg sent to me.

I bought this freezer during black friday sale. Only 40 days later it stoped working. Very upset of the situation. It made me throw away all of the food that was in it. Luckily WALMART took the freezer back, but they did not have an other in stock. I guess it's just bad luck.

Online showed two instock , went to the store and they did not have any , I ordered it online and got it delivered in 3 days by fedex , lots of damage to the top and bottom of the freezer , it would take 2 weeks for the whole return and get a new one process, I need one now so I'm stuck with it

The freezer arrived damaged!!!, came with several dents in the front. I'm going to call the store to ask for a partial refund but checking the reviews here apparently they just give full return which is a major inconvenience since the fridge is not longer on discount (Not really worth to buy again I guess then) and I need it right now, not cool at all, I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TOO MUCH CASES LIKE MINE WITH THE PRODUCT DAMAGED, IS LIKE TOSSING A COIN, NOT WORTH IT.

I recently bought this freezer when it was on sale out here on the Walmart side and I have a feeling mine was a scratch and dent one probably returned and being sold as a new one, my freezer has a long deep scratch on the top of the lid (see pics) and there's no way that that scratch would have happened during shipping because the box was sealed up, I rolled the freezer out of the box did not put anything on top of the lid so the scratch definitely wasn't made by me so it either left the Arctic King facility with the scratch or else the freezer got returned and repackaged up and sold as a new one, either way it's a huge disappointment to buy something new and have a really long deep scratch right on the top. Also, there's a very noticeable click sound when the freezer either comes on or shuts off I've had this exact same freezer before and it never made that kind of click sound so I definitely feel like this one was not brand new! I really can't recommend Arctic King now because of the condition of the freezer I received. The other thing is that Arctic King responds to reviewers who have damaged freezers stating for these people to contact the retailer regarding shipping issues, how does Arctic King know that the damage was incurred during shipping? The scratch on my freezer for example would not have been incurred during shipping when the box was sealed up. You have to watch it with some businesses because I bought something on this one other website and it did not state in the product description that it was used I got opened the box the item had hairs on it, it was all scratched up on the inside of the non-stick coating, definitely was not new but it got sent to me as a new one.

Freezer came damaged . Dented in multiple places. . VERY DISAPPOINTED. Wish Walmart site would allow me to post the picturs....
