Arctic King 7 Cu ft Chest Freezer, Garage Ready, Black

I was very e skeptical about Ordering this freezer because of the bad reviews. A lot of the reviews said that they received their freezer damage. But I am so glad I ordered my freezer was in perfect condition and arrive in 2 weeks. It looks better then the picture very spacious and dip. You can put a lot of food in there. I bought it as a gift for my daughter family of 2 but this is more for a family of 5 . I May buy another one for my aunt. I am very satisfied with my purchase And the price is affordable $215 including taxes.

This is the best Chest Freezer, Ive ever owned! The Performance is amazing, it gets real cold real fast, The temperature setting is easy to read, easy to use, Door shut perfectly, really great quality, will last you a very long time if you take good care of it.I love everything about it. Very spacious and deep. Shipping was fast, there were no problems with delivery, or with the chest freezer being damaged during the delivery process.Came in perfect condition.Im extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

This is a very nice freezer, after all of the horrible reviews I was really worried it would arrive looking like it fell off the back of a truck. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and it came in perfect condition. I still think it may be a gamble regarding the condition it arrives in, but luckily our gamble paid off!

My Arctic King 7cu ft Black Chest Freezer arrived unscathed and operational. Reading the other reviews the biggest issue I saw was that it would arrive damaged in some way. Mine did not. Probably luck of the draw on delivery services. At first we couldn't get it open again after it had been turned on, but remember, that is common occurence for chest freezers as occasionally the pressure from the tempature changes is enough to create a vaccuum seal stronger than several vikings. Wait a little bit and the seal will come undone and you can get it open again. I'm really happy with my selection.

I received this Item today and upon unboxing it was dented pretty bad right over the control panel and on the lid in the back by the hinge. I do not really care about cosmetic problems as long as the product works and it seems to work well for now but I know that there are people out there that will not appreciate getting a beat up freezer especially if it is new. there was no damage on the box it was shipped in so it seems that it was shipped as is from the warehouse like this. maybe let people know if it has damage to it before selling but other than that it is working.

I love the look and delivery was as promised. However, it arrived damaged and the driver just left it outside my door. It cools quickly which is a plus and its spacious. It also fits perfectly in the designated space. After paying over 200.00, there should NOT have been any damage! Someone please contact me for a replacement.

Tried to contact Walmart about the damages to the freezer upon receiving it but haven’t heard anything back. The lid was damaged and the latches on the back that keep the lid connected were broke. Damages to the bottom of it and the sides. Looks like someone dropped it from the forklift and then ran over it. Very disappointed.

Received the freezer 2 days before my business trip August 16th. Opened the box today Sept 2nd. There are dented area at the corner of the temperature control panel in the front and and at the power cord panel in the back. It’s like both corners were pushed in quite hard. There’s also a crack on the plastic vent on the side of the freezer. I am quite unhappy with the defect.

Please is there a way to have a conversation with the people handling and shipping this item. Mine came badly dented. I was very excited to receive this package only to open it and see a huge dent on the right down corner and a lot of dent under the freezer. So disappointing. I am still awaiting my exchange because I did like the size and color of the freezer,I hope it comes in one piece.

Upon arrival the box with the freezer in it looks completely fine it wasn’t until we took the freezer out of the box that we discovered our problem. The freezer is all dented up. Looks like it dropped into the box. Over all for the price of this purchase I would never recommend purchasing this item and having it shipped.
