Arctic King 7.0CF Upright Freezer, White

I was skeptical about making this purchase, but it ended up being a really good find. Everybody’s negative opinion was delivery related and not the item itself. Mine came in perfect condition through FedEx delivery person. He even assisted me with placing it in my garage. I plugged it up and it’s working well. This is just day one, but I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Con: there’s no interior light Pro: I have a flashlight. I’ve had this for a couple of days so not a lot to tell. The packaging is very extensive with LOTS of styrofoam and packing but even with all that material FedEx was able to dent it. Terrible shipping company. Anyway my dented freezer is working.

A really good size! Super light to move around and install easy! I switched the door to the other side took me only a few minutes! The shelf’s are a good size and can be moved around. Also Got cold super fast!

1stly, this is the Best freezer we’ve owned! Seriously! the reason I gave 4**** because there’s No lights noticed I said lights because when the freezer is packed with food it’s going to be difficult to see on each shelf Nevertheless we have No problem finding what we need also it’s silent motor it’s bigger than we anticipated great for small spaces we Highly recommend (please check dimensions) Also Most Important: there’s No California warnings Big thank you for Walmart for implementing that info to the consumers something Amazon and other companies Need to take heed and Not hide this pertinent fact from us (I’m just saying) California shouldn’t be the Only State that cares about the health of the people

It's not as big inside as I thought it was. It's really tiny on the inside and won't hold much. Which is fine for me because I'm a single older woman. It doesn't keep the same temperature ° from the top shelf to the bottom shelf, they are all different from -0° to 30° from the top to the bottom. each shelf is different and you can not regulate it.

When reviewing the product information you MISS Lead the customer . You state the product is and I copy this information from your product information as follows . Frost-Free and Auto Defrost: Say goodbye to manual defrosting. This freezer is frost-free, saving you time and effort. The auto defrost feature prevents ice buildup, ensuring hassle-free operation and consistent temperature maintenance. This is a complete LIE and untruth . The manual clearly states the freezer is manually defrosted .There were dents on the side and on the front door of the freezer . Save your money and do not buy this product .

The freezer came off the fed ex truck laying down when the box was clearly marked with arrows pointing upright for shipping. The ad says it’s self defrosting but the owners manual says you need to manually defrost? The door doesn’t come with a handle making it difficult to open. I’m not very happy with it and feel it is overpriced.

Absolutely garbage! Door seals shut and you can’t open it! It arrived in horrible shape as well packing was dreadful box torn open and most of it missing. I call Walmart they advise they can’t do anything unless I find a 6 foot tall box to pack it in and ship it back to them. Where am I going to get that and how do you pack something so big. I wish Walmart cared even a little bit! don’t order through the mail from Walmart they won’t stand behind it!

See my previous comment about unauthorized duplication of the order and an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Even the item I purchased is listed by Walmart, above, as a single item order. I needed help from customer service but received little help even though they knew I didn't order the second one.

The freezer was left in my gravel driveway over 100 yards from my porch. We had to figure out how to get it in the house. Then when we got the box open we discovered the front part of the freezer was dented. :( I called Walmart and the most they can offer in a refund is $49. Do not buy!!
