It's quite firm so it should hold up over time. My dogs love sitting outside on my patio furniture so it needs to be durable and this works great for that!

It is very comfortable, and the fabric is great too. I like that it is coated with something so when it's moist outside the cushion will not get wet.it is a perfect fit for my chair.
