Very good dispenser for dry cat food to feed them when you are away. Works well and has battery back up in case of electric failure.

I have 3 cats, love to be able to set it with 2 feedings each morning and evening. It was easy to program, even my voice calling them. I put it on covered front porch plugged into electrical outlet. The 1st night raccoons tried to get in it, no luck as the bin locks securely! Since they knocked it over, I've tied it to porch furniture. I love this dispenser!

I have been using this for about 3 years now and its working without any issues. It’s a definite buy product. They are programmed well and al we need to do is to refill the bin when empty. My cat runs away after the custom voice message note is being played during the fill. The battery backup again helps during the vacations.

I just love this. Do not make any other choice, go for this feeder immediately. I purchased in 2017 and I am still using it everyday. Its easy and handy with the fountain. The battery backup helps a lot when we are travelling. I made the best buy for the fur babies.

I got this as a gift for my pets and love it! I have a dog that gorges herself so its very handy having it auto feed her for me. It lets me give her a small amount that is perfect for her size. I work long hours so its very nice she can be feed properly now.

Its showing on the front screen. It’s a nice feeder but dead after 2 years. The locked gear could not let the food in. I tried to clean and found that its upside and will not Auction anymore.

It is difficult to set portion size. Our cats need smaller portions. Do not fill this completely if you want consistent flow. Also, this unit does not dispense varying size food bits well. We like the stainless dish.

I was very excited to receive this item as our pup gets very excited for meal time and sometimes wakes up a tad too early for us. We had another automatic feeder that we loved, but did not make it during our last move. Unfortunately, from day one, this feeder has not functioned as it should. We noticed after a few uses that our dog was acting different and was never satisfied after eating, which is not a typical behavior for her. We did not realize that even at the highest setting, it was dispensing 1/2 cup of food at best. Not only was it not dispensing enough food, we noticed that sometimes it was not dispensing any food at all. I have moved the food around, cleaned the product, ensured that the food was not getting stuck and still the feeder never performed as it should. I requested refund, but am waiting to hear back.
