used the dye shampoo the day after I received it. I waited 20 minutes before rinsing it out with water, and I loved the outcome-all my gray hairs were gone! I really like it and I think that I would recommend you to trying it. I just follow the directions that they provide. Even though the first time not complete to cover my all grey hair but the product still works on like 90 % on my grey hair. By the way, they didn't tell me how long I should have it for the second time or how many days I can have it such as everyday or twice a week….?

this is nothing but a pverprice coloring. you put it on dry hair for 25 min,raise out. it dried my hair and made it very brittle

This company sent me the wrong color, they sent me coffee instead of dark coffee….it even turned my hair orange. I've purchased a similar product from other brands and always received the color I ordered %26 didn't have all these issues. Look for other brands do buy a similar product.

I received the wrong order. and my hair looks quite bad with this new color. I ordered Mokeru wine red c-5. I received Jingdaibury wine red c-5. This is the wrong order and the color is totally different from what I ordered. I sent messages requesting the right product or my money back but they did not honor my request. very unprofessional.
