VERY HAPPY WITH MY ARIES NERF BARS. I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE COMPUTER DUE TO THE FACT THEY MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK FABULOUS TILL YOU OPEN THE BOX AND FIND YOUR PRODUCT IS JUNK. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED WHEN THE QUALITY OF THE NERF BARS WERE JUST WHAT I EXPECTED . AFTER ISTALLATION I LOVED THEM EVEN MORE AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND, AND HE IS VERY HARD TO PLEASE. WE BOTH WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR NOT ONLY LOOKS BUT FOR DURABILITY AS WELL, NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE PRICED MORE THAN REASONABLE. ANOTHER PLEASED JEEP CLIENTFROM REAL TRUCK .COM ! Real Truck had the Nerf Bars that could not be found locally. They were just what we had been looking for, the price was better than expected, the communication concerning the order and shipping times were all excellent. Real Truck is the place to due business with and we plan on doing so again !

Fairly easy installation dispute vague instructions. Proper instalation does require air operated impact driver. Unfortunatly, Poor packaging resulted in two dents in the product. Great product, but it should be packaged better for safe shipment. Be sure to inspect for damage upon arrival.

Got these for my 17yoa son for Christmas. Just put them on about 2 weeks ago. Installation was fairly easy. I have a couple of minor complaints. First, the instructions are difficult to understand and the illustration is bad, also. Second, the hardware pack that came with the product did not contain the proper items and I had to make 2 trips to the hardware. Last, the bolts that hold the actual nerf bars to the supports keeps loosening. These complaints are fairly minor and I would definitely purchase this product again as it appears to be of high quality. My son is proud of how they look on his 2001 Ram 4wd pickup.

Received the order in a box that was severely damaged from Federal Express. Upon opening, both bars had dents in them. I don't know who was responsible for the damage and I re-boxed them and called customer service who were friendly and seemed interested in resolving the issue and making things right. Sent them pictures of the damage for their review. Made a follow up call to Truck World customer service about 8 or 9 days ago. The rep told me they have everything from me and were sending a new pair out that day. I have yet to see them.

Although the Nerf bars look ok,, the instructions leave alot to be desired. More effort could have been made to make the install easier. I had to fabricate a shim to these to fit properly. For someone that doesn't have the time or the means necessary to do it themselves. Most likely will have to pay a shop to install these.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
