VERY HAPPY WITH MY ARIES NERF BARS. I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE COMPUTER DUE TO THE FACT THEY MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK FABULOUS TILL YOU OPEN THE BOX AND FIND YOUR PRODUCT IS JUNK. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED WHEN THE QUALITY OF THE NERF BARS WERE JUST WHAT I EXPECTED . AFTER ISTALLATION I LOVED THEM EVEN MORE AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND, AND HE IS VERY HARD TO PLEASE. WE BOTH WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR NOT ONLY LOOKS BUT FOR DURABILITY AS WELL, NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE PRICED MORE THAN REASONABLE. ANOTHER PLEASED JEEP CLIENTFROM REAL TRUCK .COM ! Fairly easy installation dispute vague instructions. Proper instalation does require air operated impact driver. Unfortunatly, Poor packaging resulted in two dents in the product. Great product, but it should be packaged better for safe shipment. Be sure to inspect for damage upon arrival.

These nerfs are great, they fit my truck like orginial equement from the factory theylook great, they also make the truck 110percent easyer tob get intothe only reason they did not get a 5 out of 5 was my error to make sure they came out a bit futher from the door ledge I got the 3 " bars I should have got the 5" bars for what I needed at the time they are very strong and look great there is nothing I would say to put theser nerfs down just an fyi get the size you know you will need.

The mounting bolts for the rear brackets should be a 1/2" longer so that you could get both the flat and lock washers on. I had to use just the lock washers. Other than that it was simple to install and I have very limited mechanical skills. The nerf bars look great on my Ranger.

Bought these for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took my brother and i less than 2 hours to put them both on. Quite simple... no need for a lift. The instructions that came with it were pretty poor and very hard to see the pictures on them. However, it is pretty obvious where they attach to once you get under the truck and look at things. Hard to say whether or not they will stand up to the elements over time but so far i am happy with the way they look anf the price. My local body shop wanted 275 dollars to have these put on... dont bother, save yourself the money and do it yourself.

Received the order in a box that was severely damaged from Federal Express. Upon opening, both bars had dents in them. I don't know who was responsible for the damage and I re-boxed them and called customer service who were friendly and seemed interested in resolving the issue and making things right. Sent them pictures of the damage for their review. Made a follow up call to Truck World customer service about 8 or 9 days ago. The rep told me they have everything from me and were sending a new pair out that day. I have yet to see them.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
