I needed these Nerf Bars to enter my truck. I have C.O.P.D. and arthritis in my back. These Nerf Bars were much more than I expected. The quality is outstanding, and the engineering that went into the mounting could not have been better. On my back in the drive way with my oxygen on I had these installed just over an hour. These made it so easy getting in and out of my truck I wish I would have done this long ago. Besides, these add equity to your vehicle. Shipping was made so easy even when I ordered the wrong ones. this was an excellent company to deal with. they were extremely helpful in locating the part and there super speedy shipping allowed me to beat a deadline that my boss had set.. Fairly easy installation dispute vague instructions. Proper instalation does require air operated impact driver. Unfortunatly, Poor packaging resulted in two dents in the product. Great product, but it should be packaged better for safe shipment. Be sure to inspect for damage upon arrival.

Instructions that came with bars left a lot to be desired for my model of truck. The support brackets had the wrong size holes for the hardware that was supplied. I had to drill some larger holes and puchase some larger bolts in order to be able to attach the support brackets.

Received the order in a box that was severely damaged from Federal Express. Upon opening, both bars had dents in them. I don't know who was responsible for the damage and I re-boxed them and called customer service who were friendly and seemed interested in resolving the issue and making things right. Sent them pictures of the damage for their review. Made a follow up call to Truck World customer service about 8 or 9 days ago. The rep told me they have everything from me and were sending a new pair out that day. I have yet to see them.

Although the Nerf bars look ok,, the instructions leave alot to be desired. More effort could have been made to make the install easier. I had to fabricate a shim to these to fit properly. For someone that doesn't have the time or the means necessary to do it themselves. Most likely will have to pay a shop to install these.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
