Although it took a while to put together, I feel like it is a good product for the price. Perfect for home use. I've used it several times and it is very good.

This is a really nice Pilates chair for the price! It was a little difficult to put together at some points, screws not lining up but overall is sturdy and has worked great for the time I have had it. Like other reviews, the springs did not fit over the back cactus but we were able to pry to colored plastic pieces off. The springs are also not as heavy/tight as previous chairs I have used but it gets the job done!

This pilates chair is just as good as other brands at 3x the price. I've been impressed with its stability and construction. It takes some time to put together, but it's worth the investment!

The chair is not super hard to assemble, although the instructions can be better. Compared to studio chairs, the spring tension is not as strong even when all springs are on and at the highest setting but for me it wasn't a big problem. Took off one star because all cushions smell terrible and strong and the smell does not go away after airing it out for over 3 weeks.

It arrived today. After assembly I've done one beginner workout. I'm very happy with the cost savings. I couldn't find another Pilates chair with these features for anywhere close to this price. Pros: it's sturdy and secure. I believe it will continue to feel this way with use. There are plenty of options for settings with four springs, four spring positions, the assist handles, split or single pedal options, and the additional exercise bands. I felt the workout challenge me and believe I can grow with this equipment. It's much smaller than a reformer and the wheels help with moving it around. Aesthetically it is a piece of exercise equipment I don't mind having visible in my living room or bedroom. Con's: instructions for assembly required me to figure out some things, or undo previous steps, they could be more clear. A few parts were poorly machined, some screws/bolts had no inlet for the Allen wrench, some holes didn't line up without manipulation. The spring rings don't fit over the holders on the machine without removing the colored inserts. I needed pliers to do this. The color rings fit the hooks on the pedals just fine. Assembly took about an hour and a half. If instructions were a little more clear it would have been faster. It would be nice to have an instructional video or online references, or even a chart or flip book demonstrating simple positions to get you started. Without instruction it's hard to know how to safely use it.

Pilates chair exercises are great for your body. A little difficult to put together but worth it

The box was missing all the screws and bolts. When I contacted walmart, they told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer. They told me that they would send it to me but it would take 3-4 weeks. So it's been over a month since I bought this chair and am still waiting to be able to use it.

Missing holes (for screw placement %26 assembly), aligns in properly on one side, no response to requests for assistance %26 contrasting white on wood makes it look cheap.

Very disappointed. The one I received came with every piece of wood painted white on the edges. It looks awful. It does not look like the picture with the wood edges. I tried to sand it off and did not have any luck.
