The reformer looks to be well built. Wood is solid. The carriage is a little wider than expected. It came with extra replacement springs. I cannot comment on functionality. Mine unfortunately came damaged but what stood out was the customer service. They were highly responsive, something that I just don't see from companies. We quickly found a solution. I was quite impressed.
