It arrived in perfect condition. It is exactly the right height and went on top of my car rack as it's expected. I'll probably leave it on it looks so nice.

Definatly not UNIVERSAL. Did not originally fit my Jeep Patriot cross bars, had to make some modifications with drilling so it would fit. Also the directions are useless. But it looks good once it's on.
You rotten bas..ards sent to my billing address insteadf of where I am now 1650 miles from that address..!
