Got this e-bike for my son, and wow is it fun! Gets up to 30 mph quickly, then continues to increase in speed more slowly. But 30 is fast! It feels strange to me, feels like a bicycle until it takes off like a motorbike! Lots of fun and good transportation for older kids and teens. Can't speak to durability yet - hope it holds up.

We bought this for my husband to commute back and forth to work and he loves it! He says the bike has a lot of power and is really fun to ride. He especially likes the way it looks more like a motorbike than a bicycle. He thinks the value of the bike far exceeds the price he paid.

This electric bike has completely exceeded my expectations and definitely gets a lot of peoples attention. Most of the bike came pre-assembled, and the remaining steps were straightforward with clear instructions. I had it up and running without any major issues, which was a pleasant surprise for a bike of this size and power. The fat tires make a huge difference. They provide excellent grip and comfort on dirt, gravel, and uneven pavement, and the suspension helps absorb bumps so the ride feels solid instead of jarring. I also appreciate the 7-speed gear system, which adds flexibility when switching between casual cruising and more demanding terrain. Battery life has been impressive so far. I've taken several long rides without worrying about running out of power, and the range feels accurate with normal riding habits. The bike itself feels sturdy and well-built, not flimsy or cheap, and the orange color really stands out in a good way. Overall, this e-bike feels like a great blend of performance, comfort, and durability. It's much quicker and bigger than excepted. it's about the size of a 125cc dirt bike. Assembly is kinda vauge, you have to figure it out type deal. It feels smooth and sturdy. With the features and looks, seems more like a $2500-3000 e-moto, Not $1,500, In my opinion. I Rode around for about an hour, going decent speeds and the battery bar only went down 25%. It's Nice.

Great design! Well-built solid components/parts. It is heavier than you might think. The only downside is the installation. The instruction manual is incredibly vague! There are small photos and short sentences like, "loosen the screws." But, doesn't specify which ones. So, it takes some knowledge of mechanics. The kickstand is already assembled. Which is very helpful considering the weight of the bike. ***IMPORTANT*** The front wheel comes is unassembled. There is a long black hollow bolt that needs to be unscrewed in order to assemble the wheel. The screw may look beat up as ours was de-threaded and very worn. I was shocked by this as all of the previous screws that had to be taken off the bike were brand new. I thought they had sent us a used part, as the manual didnt specify that it was only a dummy part to be replaced by the new one in a box. It said to take out the large bolt and install the front wheel. Vague. I tried making the stripped piece work for a long time before I found one like it in the box. I assumed it went to another part of the bike, but, decided to use it anyway and email the company later for a newer part. So, just know that the one to remove isn't the one you will use. Otherwise, although the manual continues to be vague, you should find your way with some effort.

The bike is beautiful sturdy and not too hard to assembly, but it doesn't have enough power for West Virginia mountains I needed it to go back-and-forth to work and the power is just not suitable. It probably would go really good on flat surfaces. Only I was really excited thinking it was really gonna do the job for me. But I'm sorry to say it just didn't work.

We paid over $1400 for this e bike. 3 months later it won't take a charge. The seller has been little to no help trying to navigate the issue or get us a replacement part. So far it has been emails back and forth for over a week asking minimal questions that go no where. Sending videos and pictures, and still nothing. Can't just go buy a new charger, and the new battery is over $300.

Extremely Disappointed - HiyViy Failed to Deliver My E-Bike and Refuses to Help I purchased an electric bicycle from HiyViy for $1,378 more than a month ago, and I have never received it. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on the first day, but I never received it. HiyViy claims that because someone allegedly signed for the package, they cannot do anything and will not issue a refund. I contacted FedEx directly, and they informed me that the shipper, HiyViy, is the party responsible for opening a claim regarding a lost or misdelivered package. Despite this, HiyViy has repeatedly sent me back and forth without taking responsibility or making any real effort to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, I am the one who has neither the product nor my money. After spending $1,378, I expected customer support and accountability. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored, frustrated, and honestly robbed. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from HiyViy. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on how they handled my situation.
