Ollie loves his beds!
One pup, two identical beds. Ollie loved this bed so much, I bought a second one for him. Ollie is a golden retriever and this bed provided ample space if he wants to completely stretch out and it's supportive of he wants to curl up against the sides.

sofa pet bed
Good cushion support. The bed is actually bigger than I expected. My 30lb and 46lb dogs both can fit in it. They love it. Good quality too. Worth every penny!

Poor customer service and poor quality of dog bed
Didn't even use it. Took one look at the construction of this bed and immediately saw how difficult it would be to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning. After two requests to return this unused dog bed, Hay needle has been unresponsive to date. So far I'm not impressed with the customer service with this company. If I had realized this wouldn't be available to return to a Walmart store I wouldn't have purchased.

Coming apart at the seams
These are nice comfy beds but come apart at the seams, I haven't had them a month and both are doing it. I bought 2, I wasted nearly 200$ so hopefully the company will make good on their product because I don't have money to throw away. Thank you.
