It detects motion, sends alerts, and you can watch live view right from your phone. The video quality is amazing! I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a little extra surveillance outside their home. The peace of mind is priceless!

There's customization for areas of interest and it can be set to not alarm when known cars or people show up. It's also connected to emergency services which is super cool! The camera quality is very good, wide range of view and clear at night! It will work without a subscription but you won't have all the bells and whistles. A sub would definitely be worth it if you had a full outdoor camera set up since you can have one for unlimited amount of cameras.

The packaging QR code takes you directly to very easy to follow setup steps and video. The app has mors features than I expected. I really like the settings to arm or disarm as "away" or "at home" as well as the obnoxious siren that would certainly put anyone on their toes who was up to no good. I haven't figured out the exact function/settings of the spotlight but I'm working on it. The mounting kit is super simple and comes with easy setup instructions in the app as well and the cord is just soooo long, you could put this anywhere. I'm not yet certain if I will feel like the monthly subscription is worth it but I'm glad I can use a good amount of the features without it already. This is a modern-looking security device that I'm happy to add to our home safety and peace of mind.

The video quality is HD and exceeded my expectations as well as the camera built. Motion detection and flash in the camera is on point with no delays at all! Installation and configuration was super easy following the instructions and the app integration with Alexa and google home I have at home is straight forward. The camera also does very well in dark rooms with night vision. Highly recommended.

My two negatives are that we do have to pay a monthly membership fee which is not high. The swnd negative is that we must have it plugged in for battery. It does connect to wifi which is a plus. The price for the product is very accessible for most.

It's small, which I love, so it's not an eye sore and doesn't take up much space. The video is clear and the night vision works better than I expected. It's the perfect camera to put in a nursery or wherever you would like to use it. The functionality of the app is also great - playback video, arm/disarm, etc. The only downside is that it needs to be plugged in. I would prefer to have to charge it or change batteries. I plan to purchase the outdoor camera as well. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Do not buy. Unlike previous Arlo cameras you must buy a subscription to record any of the videos. After 30 days you will have to buy to record events such as motion detection etc. it's a minimum of $18 a moth billed annually. The is $216 days each payment

These cameras are horrible and I'm very disappointed in Arlo. I had the Arlo pro 2 for over 5 yrs and had no trouble from them. I buy this camera system and nothing but problems. They don't stay charged, go offline, if you use the lights and the sirens that kills the battery power. Just so many problems will not buy again😐Then Arlo Pro 2 monitoring was free now you have to pay☹️😞🫤Will not buy again.
