The quality island the features are immaculate.I was concerned that you would have to be right up on the camera for it to activate. However, the one at my front door picks up every time my neighbor across the street leaves home as well as the garbage man because those 2 vehicles stop in front of my house. I love that the notification tells me if it is a person, vehicle, or animal so I'm not alarmed every time it goes off.

only had them a couple days. They are easy to install. i bought one and liked it do well I bought more. Now I bought more. Think I'm up to 14 arlo cameras now. I have them up all around my farm. Picture is really good. If I could change or really add one thing it would be on the rotating or motion tracking cameras, they need the ability to flip the gimble. Other than that they hold up well. Two of mine are in 122 degree heat every day and they still function fine. I hope they do just as well in cold weather.

Works pretty good, but needs help. I've used Arlo for about 8 years now and it still has the same issues. Sometimes the motion detection works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you can connect to the camera from your phone and sometimes you can't. Somedays you can play back video on your phone and sometimes you can't. You get the picture… at least some of the time. They have improved the battery issue with a small solar panel. But, then you have to buy 3 more on the internet (only 1 in the package). Arlo (netgear) you are better than this. Keep trying.

It beats not having surveillance at all, however... I was a previous Ring customer that read great reviews about battery life on these Arlo units. I installed 3.5 weeks ago and have had to charge twice so far. Reviews indicated 6 months battery life - so this is a pretty big disappointment. They were easy enough to install and connect, however, i have experienced dead times where the camera will pick me up leaving for work at 5am but not my teenagers leaving for school at 630am. Which is a big concern because I purchased the system to keep my children safe. Not sure I'd recommend but like I lead with, its better than no monitored coverage.

We were excited to see these on sale as we love our Arlo doorbell but they would not connect directly with our wifi. Checking on line sounds like a common problem. You can spend another $100+ for something that might help but there goes the savings so returned them.

This came with 1 solar panel. Unless younolan in putting all of the cameras in the same area this is is simply not enough. This system requires a pabel for each camera and that us not stated in any of the advertisements. They sellnot as if thats enough. Also, this did not come with instructions. If we hadn't waited so long to install after purchase we would return this.

I could never get these cameras to work properly. Solar charger stopped working too. I called support and they couldn't get them to work either. Of course if I could have understood the girl from support we might have got somewhere.

The lenses are scratched and the charge doesn't last long. Thought they were better than my last camera's. And no birdhouse cover for them. Not cool.

Don't do it. I had to call for help because only one camera connected. Thats when they rold me i had to pat $250.00 to get them all connected. Sending them back
