[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always enjoyed Arlo brand but these things go next level. It is extremely easy to setup and the sensors are great. They can sense door opening, garage door tilting and even temperature. I am using them for my doors. They are very accurate and haven't had any false positives yet. The pad is also nice as it can alarm. This thing can also reach out to emergency services which is cool but I am not using that feature. Very pleased with this product.

It senses when doors open and close, water leaks, light, smoke alarm listening, motion, window tilt, house temperature, and Co alarm listening. In this particular box you get one keypad Center hub, two all in one sensors, a power adapter, screw kits, adhesives, the reference guide, and a window decal. Emergency response and smoke/co alarm listening do require an Arlo professional monitoring paid plan after your trial.

Great product only thing I had one come in the package with some defects so waiting on a replacement for it now

I give this product a 9/10. Very easy to install. The price is a little expensive!! Overall a great product. Unfortunately, you need the monthly subscription (sub) to be able to use emergency services. Easy to set up, easy to install. The app is not a rocket science as well. Love the light charm sounds when the doors open. One thing that I don't like it that you can't set up saving streams on your personal storage (NaS, not sure if popular Drives work). Otherwise, if you are ok with a subscription, you can get Arlo products around the house! Design is pretty sleek as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Home Security System as a free product from Influenster. My husband set it up but had some issues setting it up. If you have a VPN you wont be able to set it up. Kind of a down fall. He was able to set it up on a different device. As of right now, im not really impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely not the easiest thing to install and required anchoring which led to some frustration. However, it seems to be working well and the chimes on the doors are now working properly after some minor adjustments. My favorite feature about this product is that you can create multiple pins for family members, friends etc. and control dates and times of when those pins are active. The only thing that I didn't really like is that you need a subscription for emergency services. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Oh where do I start. I wanted to replace my existing DIY home security system with this so-called "easy to install DIY" home security system base unit. However, easy to install was a lie. For one thing, their APP is incomplete and you try to install this "DIY" home security system using the APP alone, you will never get it finished because shortly after you connect to the Arlo Home Security App.....you are stuck on trying to get to the base station/keypad with the app. After 1 hour of trying various methods of connecting the Arlo Base Station to the Arlo App, I just took it all apart, boxed it up neatly and included everything that came with this so-called "Easy to install DIY home security system for home use" I took back to Walmart store for a complete refund. When I explained what happened/why I am returning this Arlo System for a full refund, the person at the Service Desk at my local Walmart stated that they had others say the same thing when several others recently returned their Arlo Home Security System. Hey ARLO, make your Arlo App fully complete like Simpli-Safe does. Also, Arlo claims to work on a 2.4 GIG and/or a 5.0 GIG home wifi set up.....lies. It is like Simpli-Safe, only works on a 2.4 Gig home wifi set up. However, I was able to fix my prior home security system and my place is fully secured now.
