Arlo pro 4 disappointment
Nice product, looks to be very well built, but as I found out it doesn't come with everything most other brand security systems have included in there kits. I also discovered that it's not installation by someone that's not to computer savy. You may also need to upgrade your wifi system. It came with 2 very nice, sturdy camera mounts and 2 cheap magnetic camera mounts. I had to order additional mounts that matched the 2 good ones included in the kit. I was disappointed that it didn't come with an installation manual and had to install a PDF reader app to install system it was 86 pages long. With what I received and had to purchase separately I think it's over priced even at the sale price I purchased it for. My local Walmart store had none of the additional parts I needed to complete the installation and had not a clue as to what I was talking about. Going to the Walmart store was disappointing and a waste of my time.

We love our Arlo.
They only sent 2 magnetic mounts and 1 screw in mount. But clarity and resolution is GREAT. The APP is user friendly and very easy to use. It detects a person, animal and a car on its alerts.

Didn't work
Like them, but for a week working with Arlo technicians. Didn't get them to work!
