The cameras are great! I've got a lot to learn about the monitoring plans offered by Arlo. For installation, I used siding hooks so I wouldn't have to put any holes in the siding while I figure out where these go. I did get have one little issue, and now that I know what happened, it won't be an issue going forward. The issue -- they stopped notifying me! I checked into it and apparently, sometimes after app updates some setting are adjusted which can change your notifications. They're back now and I'm happy!

The camers arrived new and in the factory package. These were easily connected wirelessly and provide good video and alerts. I would recommend these to anyone looking for do it yourself security cameras.

I love 💕 the security cameras. They really have made a difference in my feeling comfortable when I'm not home. The price I got it for was well worth it. It was $200 off on sale.

The cameras are hard to get set up on WiFi and you have to pay for the service The old camera WiFi was free to use on WiFi. It really needs a base to connect to. Need to think twice

I hired a security consultant to install this. I had purchased this set of cameras for him to install. I got the wrong Set, he tried to install it though. This had missing parts, and was not compatible with my other camera system. Failed project, it took a long time to realize this. I suppose if you are a do it yourself, kind of person, and do not have other cameras system to deal with, then this would be OK

The motion detection doesn't work very well I have old models which are pro 2s and they go off constantly but the new pro 5s wouldn't detect anything even if it was right on top of something I am not sure what's up with these but they sure haven't gotten any better with new models

This set was ordered online. The product description didn't say,"used or reconditioned" what I received wasn't new. The box was battered, taped shut with painters tape, all the packing/ plastic bags/cardboard was just thrown in the box along with the parts. One mounting bracket is missing. The cameras were numbered with marker. I requested a 30% discount since one camera can't be mounted since the bracket is missing. I also said they could send us a new set if that is a better way to handle the situation. I attached photos as requested the same day and then no other communication for 4 days. I then received a note saying return this product to the store for a refund. Doesn't it seem apprioate to not offer to arrange to send me a new Arlo set of cameras? I rate this service as slow, insensative and a disonest seller. Buyer beware
