I need a refund or replacement ASAP
My canopy came damaged. I have inquired about this damage to either get a refund or a full replacement. We can't even stand it up because the bars are broken and it won't extend. It took us a really long time to figure this out because the instructions are also very, very vague.

Good product but arrived bent
Would have been great except it took longer to arrive than stated. This is the sellers fault. It did however arrive bent. Currently waiting on steps to return.
