Arm & Hammer Sensitive Skin Free & Clear, 28 Loads Liquid Laundry Detergent, 28 Fl oz

Our family has various allergies and multiple chemical sensitivities. Trying to find a detergent that we can survive is a challenge to say the least. We've been using the powder non-HE with our old washer for years. We had to get a new HE machine and we were very relieved to find this liquid HE alternative. It works, it gets clothes clean and no allergy issues encountered!! However, the measuring cap is terrible. The bottle does not state how much to use either, i.e. 1 oz, 0.5 oz, etc. I had to figure that out based on the container volume, number of washes it claims, and compare that to internet research with other brands. Please continue making this essential product to countless sufferers. And please fix the bottle cap so it is clearly legible. Do things right and you'll win even more loyal customers.

If you look very closely (and with good light), you'll see numbers with a little line below them going clockwise around the inside of the cap on the wall, 1-6. Seems to be about 1.5 fluid oz to the '1' mark, and 3.5 fl. oz to the '6' mark, according to my bar shot glass.

I have been using for almost a year and it is great for my skin. We have a B&B and I think it is good for our guests. I've been getting it on line in the 210 fl oz size - 3 at a time. I have one more but going to order it now I am finding that it is our of stock every where. Hope it is still being produced.

I love this laundry detergent. I use it in my HE top loader and it does a great job cleaning my laundry, including my baby's cloth diapers. All my laundry comes out of the wash smelling so fresh. My favorite thing about this detergent is that it's free and clear. I also really like how long it takes to go through this container. I trust this detergent with my newborn baby and toddler's skin. I've never had issues with the container. It flow from the spout is a little slower than I'd like, but it's not horrible. It comes with a measuring cap making it easier to pour from.

I am so pleased with A&H For Sensitive Skin. It is far superior to the All product at cleaning and stain removal, and there is no dye or awful blast of sinus-burning perfume. It is very effective, reasonably priced and and also does not foam excessively in a front load machine. High marks! Please do not abandon the allergic/sensitive community -- we need thoughtful, quality products without the unnecessary additives so badly!

The detergent is fantastic and cleans well without the scent or dyes that bother me. The only fault I can find is that the green cap with the markings on the inside makes it almost impossible to pour the right amount needed to do a load of laundry, I always pour out more then I intend to.

It should not be this hard to figure out how much detergent to use. I had to take a flashlight and magnifying glasses to see the numbers inside the cap. Surely you can do better. I marked mine with a sharpie and even that won't stay on because the cap is ribbed. Definite negative for the product.

THIS NEW BOTTLE HAS NO SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS FOR AMOUNTS. SAYS USE MARK 1 FOR SMALL AND 3 FOR WATER SAVING MACHINES. THERE IS A MARK A AND B. WHAT ARE THESE FOR? PRINT IS SO SMALL ON DIRECTIONS I HAD TO GET A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO READ IT. THE OLD BOTTLE OF THE 4X HAD AMOUNTS AND WAS EASY TO READ.

I needed to do laundry asap and grabbed this. I could smell it when I opened it and had no time to take it back to the store. I bought it because i don't want my clothes to smell. (I saw the 'baking doda fresh and figured it was 'fresh' because of the baking soda). Again, why does it smell when it's supposedly free from dyes and perfum? I'll probably give it to someone who likes their clothes to smell like detergent. Very unhappy.

I use your product and like it very much, but I have to ask - what's up with the DIRECTIONS labeling in such a small font? The font on the label on the back of the bottle looks smaller than many credit cards use for their legal caveats. Also, after using a magnifying glass to read the directions, bars 1 - 3 are barely discernable on the light green colored cap.
