Works well. Decent size. Brings fast relief. Should blow your nose. I do not recommend leaving it in your nasal cavity. Will run down your throat, that can be unpleasant and unproductive. Also clean tip and recap after use. This will keep it sanitary. But yes it works quite well on congestion. How is that for a rambling instruction laden review?

this saline spray did awesome for my extremely stopped up sinuses. especially the irritation method it has directions for, just wish thst method did use up as much spray as it does to do each time, or you could get a bigger bottle option than 4.6oz to allow for more times to do this. Overall though very satisfied with how well this spray works. it does dry my throat a bit, but likely due to how its hypertonic, not isotonic, but just drank some water and was fine, especially with my sinuses cleared.

I love this Arm %26 Hammer saline mist. I have sinus congestion and this really relieves it. It is safer than my prescription nasal spray. I think it works better. As soon as I spray it I can feel relief. It can be used often, unlike prescription sprays. Try this if you have sinus congestion or a stuffy nose, you will be able to breathe much better. I have tried everything and this helps me more than other products. Give it a try, you will be hooked.

The delivery design works better than any other nasal spray I have ever used. The rigid tip allows you to target different areas of each nostril. The saline is shot out horizontally in a 360 degree pattern with sufficient force to loosen even hardened mucus. If you tip your head forward to blow your nose, you are able to obtain a cleansing purge of your nostrils. In my opinion, the results are even better than the Netti pot rinses.

This is Arm %26 Hammer's extra strength nose spray. It's very effective, I use it all the time and have since it came out, the extra strength is the way to go. It's not cheap but there's not a better product on the market. I highly recommend this Arm %26 Hammer extra nose spray

Arm and Hammer Simply Saline Extra Strength Works as advertised to clear the Nasal passages, without the after effects that medicated spays have, which make your nasal passages continue to drain hours later and can be painful. I breathe much better using the Saline Mist Spray and can use it any time without negative impacts. I recommend the extra strength spray by Arm and Hammer!

Great at keeping pollen out of nose and also for dry nose. Gives me a lot of relief and very easy to use. Has 2 different applications and both come in handy.

I find using Arm %26 Hammer Simply Saline just before bed, helps sinus relief for easy breathing through the night. I've been using this product for many years

My PCP advised using a saline product instead of the OTC decongestant sprays that cause rebound congestion. Not only do the decongestant sprays have short-lived results, they are not healthy to use, they are more expensive for what you get, so you are wasting your money. Simply Saline has been my “go to” ever since I made the switch!

What I disliked about this product is the taste that it left in my nose. It was absolutely terrible for me, that is… I also had to use it two or three times before I was able to get some relief, at certain timesI I also need to mention that I have really terrible sinus issues so that does not mean that somebody else would not get instant relief from it. I normally use just the regular simply saline, sinus relief product, it worked the best for me!! It did seem to help, however, if I had a headache that goes along with my sinus issues, I did get some relief from it in that regard too.
