The best!
The best of the best. Work FAR better than any other nasal spray. You'll find me carrying this around 24/7 during allergy season as it's a total lifesaver! Who is that weirdo with something shoved up their nose at the red light? Oh, it's just me with my arm%26 hammer extra strength saline which allows me to actually breathe thru my nose even during ragweed season! Is extra strength pricier than regular? Yes but if you have allergies, a cold or a deviated septum it's worth EVERY penny and then some!!!

works ok for me
I feel like I need this strength %26 it doesnt burn me like it might some. It's not nearly as good as using netipot or neils bottle but is much more convenient.
