This stuff is fantastic. Dealing with a brutal sinus infection where the mucous was sticky and would not budge despite every oral med including antibiotics. One solid spray in each nostril and a minute later, I'm able to blow with significant relief. It burns a bit, but love that I can use often (my infection is ruthlessly productive). I cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice twist on the normal saline mist...made me feel more relieved since the eucalyptus cleared my sinuses more readily in the am and pm...I would not recommend using this excessively (like every 4 hours) because I think all nasal rinses eventually irritate your natural lining and will lead to inflammation and infection

I had been suffering for days with a stuffy and mucous-filled nose. I needed relief so that I could get some sleep. Just one gentle spray in each nostril and a light blow cleared my nose and allowed me to breathe for hours. I found the eucalyptus cool and soothing. Because it is non-habit forming, I can get relief again when I need it.

this extra strength saline sprsy is excellent, the added eucalyptus is a nice relaxer and seems to add to the regular extra strength in opening up your ability to breath. it does calm after a hard day in a dusty/cold environment that gets your sinuses backed up. Definitely worth it, the relief the extra strength line of simply saline provides is great.

wow this is a head cleaner cleared my nasal fast it's a head russ it works I can breathe now it was a lot more powerful than original go for the gusto

This stuff is amazing! Some people may not like the hypertonic solution because it may burn and feel uncomfortable but if you can tolerate it then this will clear you right up. Those sensations only last for a few seconds but absolutely worth it to me. I get frequent congestion, especially during allergy season and rely on this to help. The added Eucalyptus also helps maintain and ease symptoms. I always have a bottle on standby.

Quality and these of use is perfect. I used it all the time I typically get it from Amazon, but I saw you had it on sale and I needed it right away so since the aloe vera came out, I've been using it and before that I was using it regular and now I have the aloe vera and I use the extra strength.

It does great for congestion, but when my nose is just dry, this isn't a good option. When I used it to moisten my nose, it burned!

I use a lot of saline solution due to a dry nose and it's supposed to help moisten it. I didn't particularly care for the eucalyptus in this yet. I see where it could be really good. If you had a stuffy nose I'm trying to get moisture to mine that's why I gave it a three star cause I just don't care for it.

Review for Arm %26 Hammer Extra Strength Eucalyptus. This was extra strength alright. If you like the sensation of crystal up your nose then this is the product for you. The spray bottle is always superior to other brands. But this particular version was way too strong, made my eyes water for about 10 minutes, I dry heaved and it may have cleared my nose but the side effects were too strong to notice.
