The best!
The best of the best. Work FAR better than any other nasal spray. You'll find me carrying this around 24/7 during allergy season as it's a total lifesaver! Who is that weirdo with something shoved up their nose at the red light? Oh, it's just me with my arm%26 hammer extra strength saline which allows me to actually breathe thru my nose even during ragweed season! Is extra strength pricier than regular? Yes but if you have allergies, a cold or a deviated septum it's worth EVERY penny and then some!!!

Helps prevent nosebleeds, must have during winter
This works great , helps prevent nosebleeds. I use this most year round but in winter, several times a day. No worries since its simple ingredients, I feel safe using it. First shipment, nothing would spray out proper , return was easy and new shipment sent right away.

Best Saline Spray Ever!
I use this product daily to help me breathe better and also moisturize my sinuses. It's a great help and it's drug free! I've been using it for many years and will continue to use it with confidence.

Love the stuff. Only problem is even after you release button you have to wait a few seconds for it to stop coming out. Results in wasted product and spillage
