Received the cat tree house in less than a week; it was easy to assemble and my cats love it. In fact, one of them has hardly gotten off of it, except to eat. Lots of room and places for more than one cat to perch, play, and sleep. Also, my cats love scratching on the sisal rope covering the posts.

This nice piece of furniture is part of my living room, to create more virtical space for my two giant Ragdolls. These are large, heavy cats, and the Armarkat Tree is not only well balanced, it is very sturdy. The design is creative, and I love the material. It is high quality condo furniture.

2nd one we have bought. Cats love the height and especially the square house for hiding, play and sleeping. However, the lower single pedestal needs better grounding. The previous one broke off entirely and thus we had to replace.

The cat tree is not stable after setting up. We had to remove the single standing column on the bottom right after we installed it because it was so wobbly. My cat (12 lbs) only climbed on it once, but the bottom panel of the cat tree was already damaged. I would highly suggest spend a little extra and buy a cat tree from a reputable pet store. We once owned a cat tree from petco and that last 4 years.
